In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I lied on a application for the NHS without looking at the rule "(1.9) Providing a false age when applying to join a whitelisted faction in order to circumvent the age limits is punishable by a ban. " I am aware that I have made a mistake and I was honest about this when approached on it. This is enforced so that immature people who are not responsible for the role don't mess up for the server. Although I am mature I am also underage and so this rule has to be enforced!

Why should we unban you ?
I only lied about my age as I've wanted to be in the NHS for quite some time now and this was the best server that I have found in a long time. Basically I saw that the only was that I could get into the NHS was for me to lie about my age by 7 months. To be completely honest I didn't see this as I large problem but was obviously mistaken. It was a honest mistake and so I will never do this again. I am truly sorry about this and hope to improve in the future to become a better member of the community.

It was a honest mistake and I'd like a second chance. I wont do it again in the future.

We did speak a bit in TS before this was issued and you did appear to understand, however, there is a process we must follow.  If only you'd waited a few more months we wouldn't be in this situation.
There have been issues that occurred beforehand that made it necessary for us to implement a rule in this way, it's more to protect yourselves than us.

When we spoke in TS you stated that you were not aware of the 1.9 rule.  Have you read and understood all of our rules at this current time?   Looking back at your chatlogs there are a few instances where you attempt to metagame (Using OOC to influence IC), usually related to the NHS, any comment on these?

I was not aware that this was mesagaming. Since being made aware of this I have not done so since.

Of course you haven’t, you’ve been unable to get on the bloody server!

so you claim to understand our rules yet fail to follow the dispute a ban terms... It’s not looking good for you. Seeing as you’ve literally written on this appeal that you do understand the rules, how can I trust that you actually do?

I only messaged the management as I thought that the staff member mattch had gone on some sort of leave? It had been 4 days and nothing had been done. I'm sorry that I broke a rule but that was a choice as I'd like to be able to get back on the server and be able to play with my friends again. This won't happen again but I assure you i can be trusted. I have learnt from my mistakes and it won't happen again.

I have spent about an hour now looking over and reading every single rule in detail. From the top to the bottom.

Okay Drummer, not going to lie, but was torn between denying this appeal and accepting it.  Why?  You say you're mature, yet by lying to circumvent a rule, then saying you didn't see it as a big deal shows immaturity. 

You've also clearly not read the unban appeal rules. If you had you wouldn't have PM'd a staff member, and you'd also know that unban appeals are the lowest priority and there are no timeframes. 

Then I read through your chat logs.  As well as the metagaming pointed out by Samatlewis, which there are 'many' instances of,  I also find the following which are all separate incidents:

So, taking all this into consideration, I think at this stage, letting you back so soon is just going to open us up to more drama in the future.   You clearly aren't able to control your frustrations, or handle disputes in a mature way, and it's clear you don't really take our rules seriously.
