In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was arrested and taken to the police station. upon being read my rights i somehow became unrestrained and had my gun out. i was strafing left(side stepping) and was trying to double click D(i.e) move right. I shouted out " im trying to stop it, i dont want to get banned" thinking my game glitch was going to get me banned, i had no intention of using my weapon, next thing i got banned. i am an avid rper, i play this server alot and have being playing rp servers for 3 years, I would never break rp. so i dont know what the hell im supposed to say other then sorry for breaking rp to stop from people thinkinf im breaking rp

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: you would lose an avid player in a active clan who would in a second report anyone who broke server rules, not to be a twat just because i love the whole idea of rp and would never want this GEM of a game to lose popularity

You've missed out the rather large portion of abuse that you gave to PC San Miguel. In no way was the things you said within RP, nor were they acceptable. You're attitude was absolutely foul, no one wants to have to deal with someone like that, you did nothing but give him abuse as he tried to roleplay with you. You were banned not only for failing roleplay but also for out of roleplay insults. If it had just been the fail roleplay, I would have warned you like I normally do to people who break roleplay, but the way you were speaking to San Miguel made it very clear to me that you deserved a ban.

I was the arresting Officer as Dan has stated so please no warning point. I felt rather insulted by the comments that were being directed towards me from you whilst I was trying to role play with you, it came across very childish and offensive. I feel as though most people would agree that if someone wanted to use words like 'retard' etc in role play they would be better off somewhere else seeing as though this is an 'Adult Community', I don't feel and I am sure most people don't feel that the insults and comments like the ones you made are acceptable here. I'm not one to usually blab on and argue with people about bans, but I feel as though it is necessary here.

My response it that anything I sed to these the police was all in role play, I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings in game but if you can handle someone rpin winding up the cops as he's been arrested then go play something else, this whole thing comes down to a kid who got butt hurt coz he was killed by my friend, now he taken to the forums.  I only broke rp to stop you thinking I was glitching out  of the cuffs at the police station, I may of got wound up because the butthurt boy kept winding me up in ts, I won't be spoken down to by a kid on his high horse. This server will die a death before long with all the banning of legit players x
