In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned due to the fact that, if I do remember correctly, I was flying in a chinook dropping cars on people, and that violated the servers rules and I was infact banned whilst doing it, and to be honest I wasn't really surprised and looking back on it it was just really dumb

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me due to these reasons. Firstly, when I did it I was quite young and I have since matured, this event did take place over a year ago and I have matured a lot since then. Secondly, I now realise that what I did was dumb and there wasn't even a point to doing it, and due to that I do actually regret it, as this is simply a great server, probably the best one to be fair for RP and it's good craic with friends.
I hope whoever is reading over this appeal will take note that it was a genuine long time ago and that I have since matured. Goodbye

Are you sure you are banned on Roleplay.co.uk ? 

Cannot see any ban on you and last time you connected to our server was over a year ago.

 
@DELETER I attempted to connect a couple days ago, at this point I believe it was 2 or 3 days ago? and it said I still had the ban put on me originally by Mattch
( It may not be server 1 I was banned on though, I was uncertain because it happened so long ago )

please find the rule you broke and quote it to us, then explain the rule in your own words and then explain why we have that rule in place.

And why did it take over a year to put up your appeal ?

 
@DELETER I broke 2 rules according to the ban of which I fully agree with.

Firstly,

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

and 

(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed).

Rule 2.1 is to stop combat or people dying due to vehicles and to prevent trolling in a certain way, I was banned for this due to tha fact that it was cars I was dropping in my aircraft.

Rule 2.13 is to allow RP to continue on as normal without loud background noise, specifically preventing the noise of aircraft  preventing RP, but at some points I was flying 30 metres above the ground whilst dropping vehicles, that's how I broke that rule.

It took over a year to create an application because, well I think I may have actually made an application already and I have no clue what happened with it, but I am fully not sure. I honestly just wasn't inclined on coming back because I knew I had been fairly banned and felt as if at that point I was but a burden on the community and it's fluency of role play. But I have now decided that I have become a bit better in terms of RP and have decided to try and rejoin this community, afterall it was great whilst I was here.

Let's try and jog your memory a bit! Your ban was placed because you decided to drop sling-loaded vehicles from a helicopter into Athira Garage Greenzone.

Why on earth did you think that would be a good idea?

How can we trust that you won't do this again?

Please answer both of the questions above in detail.

There was no need to be rude, I stated multiple times I know what I was banned for.

I also stated that I knew it wasn’t a good idea, I was also 12 or early 13 at the time, I was immature and I have said with certainty that I have matured since that occasion, as over a year as passed and I have experienced more as a person.

You should know I won’t do it again due to the fact that I would not want to get banned again, seeing as I started missing this server and hence why I am writing this reply. Also the fact that I am replying when I am no where near my home or PC, which I’m currently not, and that shows that I do care about getting unbanned and will actively not break any rules so I can avoid being banned again.

you sure you will not do it again? Because i dont believe a word you say. 

 
He was passive aggressive by saying “Let’s jog your memory a bit!”, it was unnecessary.

When I picklocked in the greenzone I hadn’t read the server rules yet, the second time was due to desync and my bad pc because I couldn’t see where people were and the third time was on purpose.

Also those two bans for VDM can’t correlate, they happened over a year apart from eachother

You also took my quote without the evidence I gave after it, i wouldn’t do it again because I simply don’t want to be banned again, and I don’t see the point in breaking rules anymore.

And also, I have matured over a year, defending yourself isn’t immature 

My plans on the server are as before, to try to make money and have fun, that’s what it’s always been about

i dont agree here. i dont see how it is passive agresive. but what really was unnecessary was you Breking rules on our server. 
Thats what this unban appeal is about. if you wanna go around picking on the staffmembers dealing with you here. Feel free to find the door to outside yourself. 
Because we dont tolerate such things here.

you giving us your word, Is not evidence. it is you making a promise wich i see i almost in every unban appeal.

At this point you did not defend yourself all you did was digging deeper. 

So now give me a very good reason why we even should consider spending more time on this, And even think about unbanning you here?

A very good reason, to me, is that fact that you know and I now know that breaking rules on a server that heavily enforces said rules is simply idiotic, you've dealt with it a lot and I have suffered the consequence of doing it multiple times here

I don't want to have to experience that over again, which is why I would not break another rule again, as it is basically idiotic to do so, and I know that as fact and so do you

You ask for evidence to say why I won't do it again, the only evidence I can provide is that I've aged and matured since that event of me being banned took place, I cannot provide evidence for what I'll do in future, but I can provide reasons why I would not do it again which you asked lastly. So hopefully this suffices as I just simply want to be unbanned from a server that I used to find great joy in.

Why have you decided to come back now? Tad bit over a year ago since the ban was put in place.

 
I had previously lost interest in the server, that and my PC couldn't run the game properly at the time.

 
So if we do end up giving you another chance, what are you planning to do ? Whats your end-goal.
