In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for killing a non-combatant in a firefight zone.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Although I was banned for RDM, I do not feel asthough it was clear cut, and it certainly wasn't malicious. After speaking to several admins I'm under the impression that it's a grey area. I'm still unclear about the rules regarding RDM within a firefight and I've searched for 5 days now and have found several incidents where the same thing has gone unpunished due to several interpretations of the rules. I think the server would benefit dramatically for a guideline post about when it is, and is not ok to shoot under these circumstances, as for example If i was in the exact same position as a police officer, it would've been an everyday normal decision to shoot.

I would like to ask for another chance, and possibly an explanation about when it's ok and not ok to shoot armed people in a firefight, As rebels we have no identifying marks to say who is, and is not hostile. So in a gunfight things get murky. I personally feel, that stopping your vehicle in the middle of a gunfight that has been going on for several minutes to pick up a weapon is both stupid, and an act of aggression.

In vacatio's response he said to me "You say he risked his life for a weapon on the main street of kavala witch any guy would do".

I think that that's a class of fail RP in itself and we should not be encouraging people to run into firefights to pickup weapons, solely because if they get shot the attacker will be banned for RDM.

Would just like to say if you view the full link it links to an app in that website as they nstruct you to put it in your away status. Someone should have maybe poked him when they realised it was a global thing which wad obviously accidental.....

And away status is global 

Obviously neither endrogen not puppy know that otherwise surely a simple kick would have been issues

100% What dylan just said, I've applied to join a different community whilst I'm banned from ALUK and had no idea that this would also happen on my ALUK ts also. No one sent me a message, just banned me... Why wouldn't someone atleast send me a message and tell me that this was happening. In no way or form was this intentional advertising, it's a link to my profile on a different forum that was necessary to get me white-listed.

I'm sorry for any incovenience or disturbance that this has caused, but I had TS open on 2 different tabs and didnt have a clue that it would affect my ALUK tab.

I had no idea there was this option otherwise I would have chosen the latter, It wasn't intentional, just an honest oversight and mistake.

I want to know why your advertising in our teamspeak firstly, escpially a community that is using stolen mods without permission from Armaholic (arma3life saga continues) and secondly i understand you have threatened to ddos this community and its servers can you explain that ?

I explained  the unintentional advertisement, I never intended my away message to reach the ALUK Ts, As part of the process of getting forum tags on a different communuty I was requested to set my Away status as my forum profile page. As you can see here

With regards to the community DDossing, This is the first time I've heard of this and I can Guarantee you that this is a complete and utter fabricated lie, I have never threatened to DDos any community, nor do I have the ability to do so.

I also want to know why you lied about an admin in an attempt to get them in trouble more recently.

Wilco, We had this discussion at the time with the old communuity representative @@DainMK Where I provided you evidence that I did not threaten to DDOS but instead was misquoted by a mentor who misunderstood what I said.

I have never lied to any admin with the attempt to get them in trouble, and have instead have been chasing the situation on a near daily basis with Cardoso trying to get it resolved.

What happened on teamspeak recently where your saying an admin said something where the recording proves different along with this advertising however intentional or unintentional it was is the final store.
