I was banned because I called someone autistic in OOC, which I agree wasn't the right thing to do. It was in a heated argument, I hopped out of my vehicle and got sprayed down by an UNMC member and got pretty pissed off, said something in-chat that I clearly shouldn't have said, I got brought into a different channel by Nalurah and told to apologize and if something like this ever happens again I will be sanctioned with a permanent ban on the server. The other reason why I've been banned is because of a VDM in Kavala Square, whether the admins think this is a bull shit excuse or decide to believe me, I was driving at a high speed and when I passed the Kavala garage turning my FPS dropped drastically which then lead onto me hitting a various of people that were stood on the road and then crashing my car into a little sign outside of the Kavala bank.
Forums
I got banned on the forums for being abusive, "creating threads with the intention to cause issues or drama" Aswell as calling someone a spacker, in a "discriminatory fashion" with immature behaviour in general on the forums.
Why should we unban you ?
Because I've joined the server not a long time ago, i've been in the community for maybe 2 weeks and a half, got a nice warm welcome by the TBB gang and started settling in, started getting into the server and enjoying it a lot more than I did when I first started, I do understand the actions I've done are stupid and things you do not accept on the server, the fact that I called someone autistic is obviously not going to be accepted however it's the internet, you get called a lot of shit over it and you can't just get offended by everything and everyone in the world, the "VDM" really wasn't on purpose, I usually drive carefully around Kavala square just to make sure I don't hit anyone however that one time I didn't has clearly just fucked things up for me; the recording you can't really see much except from me just driving straight and it looks like it's just a head-on VDM but my FPS dropped, I couldn't turn left like I was attempting to and whether I'm believed or not is upto you guys
Extra / I understand why I got banned on the forums and got my old unban appeal declined, I was simply just being a dick towards the guy that got me into this situation and well I'm just trying for another chance if it's declined it's declined.
