I know i were banned because i called a clan assholes in the chat, and i am really sorry for that.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because i bring nothing bad towards the community, i just got really mad at the point where i wrote "SOS clan are such assholes" and that was the only bad thing i wrote, i know i committed a rule-break and i really apologize for that. For the past week on the server i have played over 100 hours, and gained a lot of new friends and joined different gangs. I've been helping different people (new, old) out by explaining them what they did wrong if they broke the rules and i have brought a lot of fun to the community from my perspective, by doing fun stuff with my gang. I have read through the rules clearly, and I'm aware of what i did wrong, and i promise it will never happen again. My brain just convinced me to write that in chat because i was so pissed off at that time, that it just came out, but after writhing that first sentence i wrote nothing else and tried to apologize, i never got a chance to excuse myself personally, but i am really sorry for what i did and i hope you understand that. I am looking forward on playing on this amazing server with my new friends and gang, if i will get un-banned of course. I try to bring my best to the server and love not hate. I know all the rules and i think what i did is not that serious of a rule-break compared to all the others, but a rule-break is a rule-break. I hope you accept my apologize, because I'm really sorry, and i really want to continue playing on this amazing server, which is lead really organized and well by staff members and others.

Yes it says "(OOC abuse / 2.8)," which refers to what i wrote in OOC chat "SOS clan are such assholes".

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

I'm fully aware that i wrote that and that its not allowed to give threat's about reports and such in chat, but however i did not get banned for this, i got banned for what i already told earlier. To respond to what you had in mind, a clear threat is "come on team-speak or i will report you", that's not what i exactly wrote, "you know we can report you for breaking rules cause your speaking out of role-play" that's a 50/50 threat and myself as i person didn't see that as a threat in my eyes from what i have learned. Anyways i wanted that guy to really be aware of what he did and what his consequences could be because he decided not to respond to me on whether he was going to join team-speak or not to talk and solve this situation out. Well to sum this up i did not mean writing that by any harm or threat i just wrote that just to get that guys head up and so he could realize that what he did was an actual serious rule-break and therefore maybe if he responded he could come on team-speak and we could solve this out, as you can see i never reported that guy i decided to give him a second chance cause maybe he read what i wrote and now knows that he broke a rule. Anyways now that you explained to me that what i wrote was a threat i'm fully aware of this now and i promise this will never happen again, like i said i didn't know that was a threat and definitely didn't mean it as one, i just wanted that guy to come on team-speak and talk about the situation. I'm really sorry for that i wrote that cause i infact didn't realize that was a kind of threat, i hope you are kind enough to understand me and able to give me another chance, and i promise if i get my other chance this will never happen again, thanks for explaining me what treat is btw.

 i didnt write it for no reason like an immature person, i fully aware of what i write and why.

You also stated that they broke a rule and that's why you did it, as if one bad turn deserves another. You've failed to provide evidence to support that claim and never filed a report so staff could deal with it, that's why you're in the position you are now.

Now as far as threats to report, it's not like you are unaware of this rule from your own chat logs and seemingly that every 5th thing your write is [Insert gang/player here] TS Now, you demonstrate you are aware of the rules, so when I find something like this:

I am a bit unsure since u say "explain both rules you broke", because i thought i only broke one rule, because that's what it says when Im trying to log in, but if there should be a second one its should be the 1.3, which is quoted above, where i said in OOC "SOS clan are such assholes".

I gave threats to report players in chat to which is not allowed, instead of taking the conversation-on team speak  i took it on chat which is not allowed, this rule goes under 2.8 which i quoted above.

2. I will deal with this kind of situations in the future more better, by not being frustrated. I will not give threats or write any messages that look like i threat, i will only for example write "nick could you please come on team-speak now", which is in a more friendlier way and not any threat. And i will not deal with the situation in chat, only in team-speak because the side-chat is not a place where stuff is going to be discussed. If the person I'm trying to get on team-speak doesn't respond, i will just have to report him on the forums because he is not willing to solve the situation on team-speak, but i will wait a while before reporting because maybe he is busy doing something.

3. I just wanna apologize for what i did and i promise you this will never happen again if i get un-banned, i have truly learned from my mistake.

Yes you are correct i was un-banned about a month ago, but however i was banned last year in December which is really long time ago. Before joining the server after my unban i read through most of the rules and i knew in fact that threats in OOC chat or anywhere else was not allowed, after being away from the server for so long i was still a bit "rusty" on the rules, but i never meant what i wrote as a threat but as a suggestion so i could talk to that person. 

I personally think you should give me a last chance to join the server so i can prove to you that i can actually stay within the rules, i am a person that likes to enjoy playing on a  server by obeying the rules, and having fun with my friends doing legal stuff. I have a lot of friends playing on the server still, and i feel left out alone not having any fun at all, i know i did a mistake even though its not a big mistake compared to all the others you can do. I never meant what i wrote as a threat like i said, because i knew it wasn't allowed to threat people to report. And as well i was really frustrated at that point where the guy i tried to get on team-speak wasn't responding so i wrote something that looks like a threat to you but not to me, but i fully understand what goes under the topic "threats" now, and i will promise i will never do this mistake or any other mistakes, I'm hoping i will get my last chance on this server so i can really prove that I'm a good guy that sticks to the rules, and my friends will as well make sure i do it, because i really feel lonely being the only one who cant join my friends in this game, if i get u-nbanned i will make sure to read precisely through all the rules so i will 100 % know all of them. Sorry for what i did and i promise i will never do it again. I will make sure not to be frustrated anymore, and not do the same mistakes.

I did read them before i submitted, but to make sure i know them for good i will read them 1 more time so im 101% sure on the rules (if im unbanned), and then i will probably know them forever. Because like i said i dont want to do any mistakes if im unbanned, so i want to be 101% sure.

You can be sure that i will follow the rules this time because i have read through the rules 3 times now in total since i were banned and i even read the police handbook, so i am 100 % i know all the rules from now on. I as well have a lot of close friends playing on this server that has stayed here for a long time so if I'm unsure about something i can just ask them and they will make sure as well that i wont break any rules because they want me to play on this server.
