I personally believe i was banned for metagaming. it was blatant and i am sorry for this. i understand where i was wrong and i shall not do it again.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because i am not a danger to the community, i am an honest player that has been playing here for a while. in the ban report i could of edited out the part where i metagamed. I was aware of what i did before i put up the report. i was honest about the entire situation, and i will be honest always in the future. i just want to get playing again with my gang, and again i apologise for metagaming.

You've had a ban that was quite serious a fair while ago.. And this is a really simple, basic and yet important slip up to have made.

Can you please quite and explain the rule/s broken?

How can we trust that you won't be doing this behind closed doors again, as you've said yourself you could have edited your evidence.

[SIZE=medium](4.1) Side Chat - Using intelligence gained on side chat to influence actions in game. Punishment is a kick/ban. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police and NHS ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban) [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](4.3) Scouting teamspeak - Searching through Teamspeak to see what police/rebels are doing (e.g. Seeing police are in Bank/Hostage operation room, then acting on this information) (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](4.4) If you are restrained and communications have been removed you must not be active on any other forms of communications other than direct chat. (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]

Meta gaming is basically me a player using real life knowledge to affect the game, information which I should not actually know within the game. 

And I wouldn’t be so daft to do it again, admins always find out in the end, I knew what I did wrong and I was willing to take the consequences for my actions in order for the report on the other person to go through. I am not usually a rule breaker, I made a big mistake a long time ago. But I defiantly learned from it and I would not make the a mistake in the same magnitude again. 

I am fully aware of what I did and I knew it was wrong, I am certain I will not do it again.
