In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was wrongfully banned by Steph. She claimed I was failing to RP when the whole entire police force on at the time had no understanding of what happened as the police officer logged out during RP. Of course that made me very angry and I tried my hardest to stay calm even though I had a lot of people in the police station all talking over each other I couldn't hear a thing. I then continued to roleplay with the police members so my friend who had just left the police station had enough time to set up a prison break. After my punishment had been changed from a ticket to a prison sentence I got very annoyed and frustrated so I started to try and close out the scenario. Once I told them to send me to prison I used the out of character (//) to explain to just send me to prison as I had paperwork to do which is extremely important, so I was getting evenmore stressed out I then explained to Ram on the TS that I will unmute and discuss it with them once I had completed I then come back and start discussing it but Steph would not let me talk my side? She then said its not up for discussion eventhough she made the whole concept of talking it out on teamspeak. I have video evidence available but I cant post on this so I will pm an admin once I get a reply.

Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned because I did not break RP once in chat. I feel as if Steph had a grudge with me because I no longer wanted to be in the police so I did rebel activity and drove to the police station to be arrested she was then consistent with thinking she was right and wouldnt even let me get a word in on Teamspeak. She then banned me off the Teamspeak as well for being rude when all I was trying to do is put my point across it was miss communication from both sides of the scenario eventhough Steph wasnt involved from the start. It could also be a potential language barrier between me and Steph as she thought how I was talking was disrespectful when all I was doing was talking how I would my friends.. Im shocked how I was banned for fail rp when I always try to RP to my highest ability and thats what quite a few people know me for on the server.

I can give you another reason why I banned you: Driving into a Bluezone during combat. Another reason? Complaining about someones RP in Chat during an active RP Session. And trust me I speak english well enough to understand when someone is rude or struggles to explain himself. I got 3 other Cops to confirm this. And all of them speak english as their mother language. So there goes that. Also I was involved in the situation from the very beginning. Ram, Matt and me where the people first starting the pursuit on this gentleman and been in the Police HQ during the whole time he has been interviewed. 

About my reason to ban for Fail RP: We had to get 5 Officers in total to get you send to prison. As soon as things did not go your way RP-Wise you started to threaten SPC Ram that you will report him to Higher Ranked people. I even went to get DI Spunky Bumlove (Who was currently involved in another situation) to go and talk to you. Eventho Spunky explained you the very same things you kept on trying to talk yourself out of it with invalid and immature reasons throwing a tantrum and ignoring any sense being spoken. Same goes for the Teamspeak conversation. You dragged this RP Situation out longer than it should have been just because you were "salty" (sorry for the use of this word) instead of using quality RP.

Hello there I am SPC Matt I was present throughout the majority of this encounter. Mr @BratJaggesVlnd has given me permission to post.

First of all we spotted you in a .50cal off-road shooting it randomly everywhere in the air and evading police, which in my opinion could be considered trolling as there was no reason for you to shoot everywhere like this. We then lost you for a bit and we found you again driving into the police HQ (a bluezone) after you were shooting the .50cal in our general direction would we considered combat, so you could consider that another rule break.

An officer then dealt with you before we arrived and wrongfully was going to let you off with a small fine which we corrected. We then moved you to a quieter area inside the police building so we could speak and got a higher rank involved. Just because an officer didn't know the full situation (i.e know you were shooting at/near us) doesn't give you the right to become hostile and type "failrp" over and over again in direct. You were also extremely rude to the officers dealing with you and also typed at one point "take me to prison I have to deal with something" or something along those lines, so your criticism of an other officer leaving for IRL stuff doesn't make much sense.

I don't understand how you can say Steph wasn't involved either when she was in the car with me and SPC Ram from the start of the chase to the situation at the police station, we even explained this to you in the teamspeak channel although there may have been some confusion as Steph was playing as PC Martha Focker. 

With the presence of a higher ranking officer we calmly explained to you why you were going to jail but you were just getting angry because you were originally (wrongfully) getting away with just a ticket. Again this isn't the officers fault he wasn't fully informed on the situation as there was a lot of confusion at HQ with noise and a .50cal just casually rolling in.

You were also extremely rude in the teamspeak channel when Steph was explaining the reason for the ban. From my perspective and I'm sure @SGT Ram and anyone else present would agree Steph was very calm and fair in explaining the reasons behind the ban and her having a grudge is ridiculous. You even joined the channel saying something along the lines of "what the fuck was that for" although I don't have a recording for this so I can't prove anything.

Obviously I'm not an admin but in my eyes this ban is fully justified and your attitude on teamspeak afterwards was quite shocking to be honest when Steph was just trying to explain to you calmy the reasons for your ban. How you think this is a "wrongful ban" is quite amazing to be honest.

Also a note from @SGT Ram putting "failrp" in direct chat could also be considered threats to ban so your whole attitude of this being a wrongful ban is totally not justified, just because your annoyed about the situation doesn't give you the right to be abusive in-game and rude to an admin on teamspeak.

I would like to see some video of the suppose of me shooting at you during the chase as that would be RDM im not that stupid? And @Steph ♥ if you read what I was saying my other friend was outside while I was being interviewed he heard you saying I was going to prison and he spoke to me through gang chat saying to drag it out so he can break me out.

Another police SUV was chasing you around kavala so you wasn't 5 minutes out of a pursuit

After reviewing the unban appeal and taking into consideration everything that was said I have come to a decision.

Writing OOC messages like this just to end the RP is "failRp" in my books.

Typing "failRP" "failRp" over and over just because things are not going your way doesn't help either! It's just stupid and childish.

Now moving onto the TS situation. If the reason was that you were being rude, then you were being rude, I don't think steph would ban for no reason!

This is not tolerated here and I think you need time to reflect on your actions, just because something is't going your way doesn't mean you can drop the RP and use silly little OOC notes! 

This is the reason I'm going to deny your unban appeal for now. As I said take some time to reflect on what went on here.
