Looking at your statspage, you were banned for NLR, not running over a medic. 

Looking back at your old appeals, you say that you didn't run over a medic, but now you say that you take full responsibility for it?

Please can you explain this for me so we can continue

 
well i tried to defend myself but it didnt work, the person who reported me took a screenshot at exactly the right time to make it look like i killed the medic on purpose.

the story goes:

i was driving to the police station to ask an officer about my stolen money and there were not any police officers there, when i tried to leave i got shot by some random dude with a AR [EDIT: the dude with the AR ran off somewhere], about 30 seconds later a medic showed up to help me, then a stranger rammed into my side while i was dead in my locked SUV and it pushed my car into the medic which ran him over. a few other medics came but i had no choice but to respawn. so i went back to the police station to get my car back. i was not in combat at the time but my car technically did run over the first medic even though it was an accident.

well apparently i was in combat, somehow, and that i broke the rules by killing a medic *on purpose* and then came back to early... 

as far as evidence goes, i have a couple of pictures here from the person who reported me: http://imgur.com/a/XkVvW

as you can see, i went flying out of the window after the other car hit me and it killed the medic that is behind my SUV (cant be seen in the pics)

so unless the rules have changed, i did not break the NLR rule...

Original unban appeal and whole story:

after dying and losing a large sum of cash i earned, i proceeded to the police station, upon approaching it, a hooded man with an AR started taking shots at me, immediately my response was to drive as fast as i can away from the gunman. several minutes later, the coast looked clear, i returned to the police station, and then got shot in the head while still in my locked SUV. I pressed the medic button, and within 5 mins a medic had arrived,he was trying to help me when a car rammed into my side, killing the medic on the other side of my car, this is when the other two civs and two other meds arrived, so i respawned, went to my car and talked to the meds.please understand that i am telling the completely honest truth

as i have already stated, I did not break the NLR rule. and to answer your question, yes i did read all the rules.

What you just explained is you breaking NLR. You went respawned and went back after the medic was killed.

Please explain the NLR rule in your own words

i was shot dead in my car, and then the guy crashed into me, killing the medic, which does not count as breaking the NLR as i died from RDM, i would understand if i was killed from the crash, but as i have said i was killed by a hooded man with an AR and while i was dead someone crashed into my car.

 
But you were not RDMed I thought? You were killed by the man with an AR. Did he rdm you?
