Because there is "evidence" of me doing something apparently wrong.

Why should we unban you.
I think you should unban me since this is a revenge report. We had an incident not 10 minutes before this event where me and my friend was going up to Vincent Hanna and his buddy (can't remember his name, something Fischer) to hold them and rob them. The second we started speaking, telling them to stop what they were doing and get their hands up, they shot at us- without saying anything. Resulting in a completely random shootout. No words uttered from them, just panic, and we proceded to do the same- me and my friend went down and I don't know if two of them did as well, at least one anyway.

So after I got revived along with my friend, we went into Kavala to buy new clothes and happened to find Vincent Hanna standing there. I felt it only fair to give him the same treatment by not saying anything this time when assaulting him. To me this was only fair but I do understand if it sounds childish. I don't feel it is justified to get banned when Vincent Hanna and his buddy broke the same "rules" 10 minutes earlier. I don't have any evidence of this but if Vincent Hanna neglects that it ever happened it only proves to me that this was indeed a revenge report.

Pretty much..? I agree that it was stupid to do, but I shouldn't get banned if he can get away with breaking the same rule. The only reason I'm getting banned is because this person was sensitive enough to get upset when he was treated with the same actions he and his friend/s did to us. His report is invalid since it's for revenge.

It's a rightful ban. As I said you broke rules and now you're facing the punishment for it. Instead of pointing the fingers start and appeal your ban!

I wasn't intending to make a ban report on him since I found it trivial. He broke the rules, I broke the rules, end of discussion. I'm not going to get salty enough to want to ban someone for breaking a rule like "poor rp". I didn't complain more than vocally to my buddy when he and his gang played with "poor rp". I understand that this is a server that takes it roleplaying very seriously but in all honesty I can't see what the problem is.

Did he want me to say "Hi is it alright if I rob you now?" before assaulting him or what's the deal? It's a silly ban from my point of view. It's so minor.

But since you feel this is a rightful ban there's no point in making a case of it anymore.

Minor or not you still broke the rules which you still think is okay since someone else did...
