In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Was calling in teamspeak while looking at the Taru that our allies where leaving as we wanted to talk with them and there was a heli in front of which I didn't realise. As soon as I saw the heli I hit the brakes.

I don't understand why you want everyone to 'resolve a situation' and yet you don't even say anything when you zip-tie and ban people? Im sorry but what double standards is that? A video would have shown that I didn't mean to VDM the heli, period.

2-3 seconds you can see the heli in your video, I would I like to say looking at the video this was not done on purpose but from an admins point of view or anyone viewing it not from your viewpoint, of course, it looks like VDM

The VDM rule doesn't require an admin to come and talk to you, it is a ban have you not read the rules ?

It's true you can see the heli 2-3 seconds in, however it was in my peripheral vision as I was communicating with my gang regarding the Taru and tunnel visioning on the Taru itself. 

I can understand from another perspective that it looks like VDM which is why I understand that before a player reports another player its best to discuss the situation before reporting?  If Alfed would have merely asked for a video  I could have resolved the situation within 10 minutes.

Im sorry but I do not see the relevance in that here? That perm was not related to me in any way. You expect players to 'resolve' a situation but then I can be banned on the spot without a word spoken? Even you yourself state that from my view point it doesn't look on purpose. A simple video requested could have sorted this situation out.

Apologise if this comes over as hostile or rude, my intention is not that. However, I feel if there was communication from the banning admin (I do understand it is not required) then this could have been resolved easily. I've got i'd say 800 hours on RPUK, why would I VDM some random helicopter for no reason or no gain? It makes no sense.

Yeah it does come over rude and hostile and not the type of thing you do in an unban appeal! I know you're used to shitty admins elsewhere but our team are of the highest standards here, I think you and your gang need to wind your necks in and fast.

Of course, it applies your unbanning was a bit of an experiment along with a few others who was unbanned, I am certainly beginning to regret it
