This guy was with a guy called Zaappy_LP. They were camping weed processing and when someone pulled up, both of them opened fire on him without any words spoken. Even after I kicked Zaappy_LP, Levi continued to shoot and only when I teleported to the guy they killed to revive him he stopped and tried to run away.
