In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for supposedly feeding my friend information on an officers location in order to help him, whilst in restraints. I would like to say that at no point do I remember giving him information which had any relevance to what was happening in game, so to this day I am a little confused on what the ban was actually for, but oh well.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been a member of this community for just over one year and a half and although I've had my ups and downs, I stayed loyal to the communities rules and regulations as much as I could. My past experiences here have taught me a fair lot and helped me escape hard times in my life, so not being able to join in with friends here has been tough I guess you could say.
The only reason for not appealing sooner was due to GCSE's. I have been focusing on revision and trying my best to succeed. Fortunately enough, that's over now and I'm hoping to come back and experience the communities events etc.

I won't be dealing with this appeal, however as you have stated you are confused as to why you were banned, I shall shed some light.

This was quite some time ago, but I do still remember the incident albeit vaguely.

It was during a situation where police were baited into a gunfight by your gang at the checkpoint. I'll not go into the baiting part as that's not why you were banned.

During that incident which I watched on Admin cam, I became concerned by the fact that some of your gang were doing a remarkable job at knowing exactly where the defending police were, considering most of your members were downed or in restraints. I jumped into your TS channel and was there for a few moments before you guys realised.  At one point, I believe it was Appleby (could be wrong, was a long time ago) was asking you to tell him when the police officer who'd restrained you was close to you so he could get a clean shot.  After the officer was shot, you confirmed to him that he was down and asked for someone to come and unrestrain you (all via TS). A bystander (UNMC I think) unrestrained you before a gang member could reach you, and you communicated to your team that you had been unrestrained.

I spoke to the officer involved after the event and he confirmed that your GPS and communications had been removed. 

You were banned for : 

(3.5.1) When your communication devices have been taken from you by another player, you must not use external methods or group chat to communicate with anyone else. Only direct chat is to be used in this case.

It's standard practice to mute your mic in TS when you are downed or without communications.

Still unsure, I did not give my gang member any information on who was where, however I remember my gang member asking me where the officer was, yet I didn't inform him. 

 
Yes, but then the officer realised I was giving information to my gang members and took my radio and GPS.

 
The officer made a statement right after the incident advising that he removed your comms and GPS as soon as you'd been placed in restraints. The information you gave via TS to gang members and the reason for your ban happened 'after' the officer was down and your comms, GPS removed. 

 
After the officer was killed I asked a nearby civilian for a radio, allowing me to contact my gang members without violation of any rule. And just to add, the officer didn't remove my GPS / Radio straight away, it was when he was escorting me to the old ARAC HQ when he decided to do so.

 
Watching the videos and reading the above responses I`ve decided to let you continue playing here again. But be warned to you and all other players that when comms and GPS away that you remain silent.
