i think i got baned becuse the guy lie to staff

Why should we unban you ?
becuse i want to say the trufh of the exident andi love this server more then my own real life and he said i was going to join ts and i was there and he saing i wasnt on ts when i was and i said to him take ur hands up then he turn around whit a gun in his hend before i even mede to say if u do anyting i will shoot i did think i was going to shoot me when people have guns and trun around i shoot as a reflex not my foult that he pointed a gun towards me

I don't quite think you've accepted the fact you've been banned for RDM.. Do you know what RDM is? Could you can can you explain what RDM is? This isn't the first time you've broken the rules as when I look at your notes I can see you've been warned to read the rules prior to this ban. Care to explain why you haven't read them or have not taken them slightly seriously? 

New to the server, VDM.ed as revenge inside Kavala, had not read the rules at all. Have been given a second chance.
Has been stealing / knocking people out in GZ

i did forgot to say i was going to shoot he did lie to staf 2 he sad i ignore him i didnt i said i was on ts and he knows it i shot him becuse he turn agins me whit a wapon i was thinking the second i saw it he will shoot
