In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to myself executing a rebel while on police patrol.

Why should we unban you ?
As mentioned during my report. I made a mistake with the rule. I thought the rule did not apply as the rebel was giving away my position and I was receiving shots from the person he was communicating too. I honestly thought I had no other viable option because if I left him, I would be done for not valuing my life, if I removed his comms (as I was 20 feet away) I would be done for failed RP. This is a lesson I shall not forget and will look forward to passing it on to new police when they come on board.

I have asked that the rule be reworded to ensure no mistakes are ever done again.

I've also sat down with my CI to revisit what I could have done differently. One SOP that will be put in place is to have suspects communication devices removed once in custody.

I also tried everything I could to resolve it with Handy. I apologised, offered comp and even asked if there was anything else I could do. This was declined.

My punishment will not end with this unban appeal. I will be a PCSO for a week and then a SGT for the next three. All of which I have accepted with no hesitation.

I'm not sure how much more I can show my sincere apologies but I can esure you this will never happen again.

After checking this report against you:



And after reading this:

1. I've apologised sincerely for my mistake.....This is deemed unacceptable by Handy

2. I've also offered compensation.....This is once again deemed unacceptable by Handy

3. I've asked Handy is there anything else I could do to remedy the situation....Handy informs me there isn't.

All this was witnessed by level 3 and level 4 staff team. This is from I believe is the purpose of the liason room.

4. I've apologised publically for my mistake....this seems unacceptable by Handy.

5. I've accepted to be in a room one on one with a neutral party to try to resolve it (Recommendation by Fluqi)....this was rejected by Handy.

Yet he claims he tried to resolve it in the liason room and that it is not a revenge report.

I'm not sure what more I could possibly do.

I understand your side of the story, and glad to hear that you owe up to the mistakes that happened. 

Players make mistakes, it happens....Its a video game, that shouldnt be forgotten. The rules are also inplaced for a reason, so that it can remind players that this isnt recommended here on the server.

This could had been sorted out peacefully in my view instead of a swift ban here, in my opinion. 

You may continue your adventures as a cop again....
