In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: .. i was in marmite miners base buying some stuff.. then i saw whoisdan and another guy in an offroad and an officer on the back .. they kidnapped him i think ,they started talking . i told the guy , hey i know this guy whoisdan, we helped him once and sometimes i see his name on the side chat he kick poeple and something like that .. the first guy started laughing and then he came back and took his gun and told me hands up and ziptied me and threw me in the pit of the base .. then he came and banned me.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: i knew the rule after i talked to him on ts3 :-

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: im sorry.. all i did is just told his gang member that he is an officer and an admin but i think he's off duty now, because i was surprised that an admin can play like us, thats all.. nothing more .. then i got banned , and this is my first time i banned .. really .. im sorry if it was fail rp i apologized for dan in the ts3 and im apologizing in here too , i hope i get unbanned please, thanks, my gang missed me :p

Sycrorax and myself brought a cop to the Marmite Miners base who we'd taken 'hostage' and we found you there. You said my name when you was talking to Sycorax and he asked 'how do you know his name?' You said, and I quote: 'He's an admin, I see him banning people in sidechat sometimes.'

Keeping in mind he said all of this in voice. It was shocking to see that someone who's been around for at least a month would so blatantly break such a simple rule like this. 

We ziptied you and put you in the pit so Sycorax and the cop could carry on rp'ing. I dropped you a 'note' in direct chat saying 'don't break roleplay please. I gave you 15 seconds to read it, then I said 'so, how do you know my name?' and once again you said 'you're an admin.'

 
well, i didn't read when you told me the note in the direct message thats why i replied to u the same sentence because i know u from that duty .. and never met u before..

 
Hello admin, he is just a close friend , really close one,like a brother, sometimes he come to my home and we play some games togather, and as well we play togather in the game but he is in his home and me in my, and he is my class m8 too, so.. yah.
