In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
At the time he was on duty as a police officer. He tazed me and proceeded to restrain me. He was then killed by my gang mates. When I woke up I walked over to him and executed him, with good roleplay. He told me he tried to give me a hint that i shouldnt have been running around as i was restrained but i couldnt hear him over the kerfuffle in teamspeak. A few minutes later I was banned for restrain glitching. He then came to my teamspeak and informed me what restrain glitching was. He then left. I wanted to talk to him more but he left and ignored my messages to come and talk more.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I was unfairly banned. After I got up I thought if i was restrained I would be cuffed but I wasn't. I assumed it might be due to special police cuffs that unlock when the officer was killed. In the exploit section of the rules it didn't say anything about restraint glitching and I am new to the server so dont fully understand every nook and cranny of the rules.I really enjoyed playing RPUK and would really like to again.I had no intent of breaking the rules and if I knew at the time i would have happily obeyed.

you broke a server rule, what do think cuffs fall magically off?

I myself believe in second chances, but if you don't then that's fine and you can disregard that part.

Just because you believe in second chances does not mean we should give you one. You can at least make an effort into getting unbanned.
So could you please explain to me why you broke this rule and how you will be going on forward.

I fully understand your point.

At the time I did not even realise I was breaking a rule, as I didn't fully understand what was going on due to the adrenaline of a gunfight. Going on forward I will always think thrice as to whether I am breaking rules or not if you decide to unban me.

Think about what is happening next time. We believe in second chances here, but we will not always give everyone just that. The ban was not unfair, it was a legit ban. You need to keep a eye on what is happening around you, gunfight or not. If this happens again, then the ban will be extended.
