I was banned for pulling out a pistol and shooting down an NHS member

Why should we unban you ?
Alright firstly I know why I was banned I just joined the game server i was doing a few copper run with my friends someone stole my truck so I followed him and decided to take him down after insiate on him, he started to drove and he looks same as the medic for me as I am new to this server as a all so I thought he is going to run on foot so I decided to shot his leg and mistakly I shot in the head and I shot at the medic's head, boom banned after 30 minitues before explain solving in ts or anything like this I am so sorry for breaking the server rules I just read the rules twice again ill be happy to get unbanned and play in this great commuinty :L)

Firstly from what I have seen there we're a bunch of medics near you and you simply shot at them, why didn't you go talk to them "if you are new" and may I point out shooting at someone's leg and hitting them in a head is quite the difference in aiming so ain't going to ask about that one.
