I as banned because someone gave false evidence against me that I was not called in to be questioned about.

Why should we unban you ?
I can tell you the whole story and there were police who helped me afterwards, and I want to see this evidence that they have against me, and its has been a long time since then and I get bored of normal arma need to play life.

I remember watching the video. They people in question are telling some guy in a car to drive off and don't stop. Then out of nowhere they get shot and killed. By you.

Now I suggest you stop lying to me and tell the truth. If you fucked up and RDM'd, admit it, people get a second chance. If you are just going to lie, you stay banned.

ok this is what happened as you can only see his video, my friend came to pick me up and he crashed the heli we fixed it and where about to get fuel, when i saw a car rolling up so i got down prone in a bush and told my friend he then went in the building; these guys jumped out with guns mx 6.5mm variant. we only though ok trouble, one guy started to walk around the heli and then other was looking for us; at the time I only had a pistol and been killed in that area multiple times so I was cautious. the guys friend put his gun up and was about to get in the build my friend was an i thought he was about to kill him so as you saw and said out of no, I was prone next to when I shot him, then his mate shot one of my friends who came to get his stuff out of the downed heli. so it was not a random death match.

Also  he put in his ban request he tried to resolve it with me that is a lie. the police had stopped me asked me some questions and i let the area

1) Just because someone asks your friend to leave the area and has a gun pointed and you THINK he was going to kill someone, does not give you the right to just shoot someone without any interaction. In the video, you literally see them point a gun at the car and tell the people in the car to keep moving. Then out of nowhere from a concealed position, not issuing any threat, shots are fired and people die.

That is the classification of RDM

2) The person in question had sent numerous messages in sidechat to get you to come to teamspeak to discuss what happened. That counts as his attempt to resolve. These messages were ignored by yourself and another guy, most likely from your gang, named James, did reply but only to tell the other party to ''fuck off''. So; he tries to resolve it and gets met with ignorance and insults. Leaving him with one option and that is to report what happened.

Conclusion:

You were rightfully banned and you refuse to own up to what happened and only continue to claim everyone is lying, despite irrefutable video evidence. This leads to me conclude you are NOT the sort of player we want on this server. I gave you ample time to come up with the truth, yet you chose to continue to claim your innocence, while clearly not being in full understanding of the rules we have on a serious roleplay community.
