I've got banned because we "RDMED" Someone

Why should we unban you ?
My friend and i, deadlevel were gonna rob people for their money, we were in diffrent cars, i saw a few people hiding around in bushes i started to inniciate on them but i was still in "Group Channel" and not in "Direct Channel" wich is a mistake, i know i have to be in the "Direct Channel" so other people can hear it, i made a mistake and i know it, Next time im about to Talk to other people i'll make sure im in the correct channel (Direct Channel),

We've tried to solve it in teamspeak but the persons we've "RDMed" were a bit angry they didnt want to talk / accept compensation, so they made up a report. this is the result.
Im verry sorry for what i did i regret my mistake and it wont happen again!
