You were not banned for talking in OOC chat. You were banned for Out Of Character abuse. For swearing at someone in typed chat in a totally inappropriate manner.

so it would be more racist if he said it to me i just say nigger nigger nigger nigger basicly and told him hes gay and stuff i said many bad words because he shot me when i was stuck inside a helicopter and told me to get out but i was stuck in it..
