In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I know i was banned for 1.2 and 1.3 while i only broke 1.3 wich is swearing outside of roleplay. 1.2 is racism wich was not the case

Why should we unban you ?
The reason i think i should be unbanned is because i chose to join the server while already in a bad mood, wich lead to some mistakes and quick tempers. But i wil explain the full story now: I started mining at the copper mine after some time a guy came up to me with a pistol in his hands and just looked at me. I asked him what his problem is and he keeps looking at me (I think he was speaking in the wrong channel) Than he starts opening fire and since he had bad aim and i pulled out mine we ended up trade killing eachother. After that moment i got super pissed (Because of my bad mood that day) And started telling him in direct chat by typing that he is a retard for shooting me like that and i told him he RDMed me. He said no i told you to get your hands up and all that. I told him he did not (Again i think he was talking in the wrong channel) than we said some things in direct to eachother and we slowly bled to death. After a while i got banned and im pretty sure its because of me swearing at him that day, because i was off for a long time when i found out i was banned. So thats the story and i know i shouldnt have swore at him out of roleplay but i was in such a bad mood and felt like playing a fun session. Im not saying my mood is a good excuse for swearing at him but it happened. I was banned for a long while ago and i feel like playing again. I think i deserve to play on this server ive played at least 500 hours on this server. I had all kinds of fun here and id love to get back in the RP. And i like to say that i wont join again while in a bad mood

Not really the best way to start resolving what you believed to be a genuine rulebreak, your attitude is aggressive and unnecessary. The fact this person continued to engage you at this point is a credit to them.

You have shown that you are aware that threats to ban are against server rules, so why would you think it's appropriate behaviour?

Like i said it really is not acceptable. And i wil not make any stupid excuses for it. The reason i said that is because i was angry i really cant make up some other excuses for it, So the word cancer is really common in the Netherlands. I wont say everybody uses it when angry at someone but i would say more than 70% uses a disease as a swear in the Netherlands (More info about that is on google) But its not that we like to make fun of people who have the disease, its just a very common swearword. But again thats not a good excuse for swearing at him out of character and yes i regret it. I said it and i wont be able to change that. I was angry because of an IRL situation and i gues i was to angry to seek fun on the server (I logged to have fun instead of being sad/angry) But yeah than i ran into this man who tought he was speaking in Direct but probably just in another channel. I got super angry over it thats it. 

And no im sorry i removed all arma vids, And do you need it to confirm my story or to punish the other guy? Because if its the second i dont want it to happen. I gues he didnt RDM on purpose ( I couldnt realise that when playing )

This is the sort of behavior we do not want here. You have been banned 4 times now as this is your latest ban, which you tried to appeal in august which got denied on that appeal it should have been stated that you was perm banned and appeal in 6 months. So therefore I will state that now.
