I would like to add some details for why I got banned. I got into a gunfight outside of Athira at factory area. I got shot during that gunfight and died. I spawned in Athira to start a new life but did not realize I was within 1000m of the factory and got banned 10secs after spawning.

Why wouldn't you spawn somewhere else such as Agios or Kavala?

NLR means that when player dies his memory will be wiped and he doesn't remember anything else from his past life than friends, organizations and companies in which he was involved.

NLR is to disallow players from returning to the venue where they died so that they cannot affect course of the event/game which led to his dead. (for example: return to the venue with a gun to seek revenge or demand stolen property back.)

Time is money. After my death, I decided on a whim to go catch some frogs and deliver frog legs to the piers kitchen so that locals get something to eat. I reflexively spawned in Athira because it's the closest spawn to the frog swamp. My intention was to buy a new clothing and drive straight to the frog swamp using the shortest route possible. In other words, start a new life.

You barely put effort into this, I want you to answer it again, and give it some more thought. 
What's to promise us you wont break the rules again? What's to say you deserve a second chance?

I'm not gonna curry favor with anyone. The fact is that everyone of us makes mistakes in our lives, even you. yesterday I reflexively spawned in Athira and I got banned by officious admin. 

In my opinion banning a player for spawning inside of certain radius without affecting the direction of roleplay incident in any way (which led to his death or has anything to do with it) is definitely not worth of ban.

I can promise you that I will not break any rule intentionally because I have not done it before either. Considering the severity of my action it's in my opinion reasonable to give a second chance.
