I got banned for RDM while i initated on the person and still got banned

Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbaned beacuse i initiated on that person and when i killed him i got banned.And also i dont think RDM should be such a long time ban also if i the person didnt hear me i have learned from my mistakes.
