I was banned because I called someone a retard which is against 11.1 in the rules.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I enjoy talking to people on the teamspeak and getting to know people and it is quite essential as I am part of the NHS which I would like to stay in, I understand I shouldn't have said it but it wasn't personal and wasn't said to offend him majorly but sorry to him if it did offend him that much. I enjoy playing on the server and the ban on teamspeak is going to effect my playing experience, I am sorry for what I done but believe everyone deserves a second chance.

It was not personal but you did send him a message? What makes you think an attitude like that is okay?

I have realised that attitude like that is not acceptable and definitely not as it is against the rules, I did apologise to him before I got banned as I realised that it was against the rules. I’ve made myself a lot more familiar with the rules in the time I’ve been banned. As for it being personal I meant that I wasn’t intending to offend him as people have that attitude to me often but I know its not suitable for the server.

You can only take my word for it as I've truly regretted my actions and missed not being able to talk to people on the server and have the full gaming experience. I would also not do it again as it would result in a permanent ban as I would've just not regarded the punishment from this. All I can say is that I will definitely not do it again and I have learned my lesson.
