In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: im not really sure, i spoke to a mentor and admin and they said that it would be considered as combat logging.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: You should give me a final chance because i will not break any more server rules and i wasn't actually aware of the 3 min after combat rule as it is not stated in the Combat Logging/Reporting Rule and also is not stated in the Common Sense Rule.

Well, consider it like this: If you were your character and being chased, would you be able to just disappear? No. So you can't ingame either. That is called common sense. You wait till you're sure the situation is over and only THEN you log off.

i logged off about 1-2 minutes after the "firefight" which i wasn't actually apart of was over

@BratJaggesVlnd you are smokey right? Was he in any way involved from any one's perspective?

Yes I am. He was very much involved, the firefight took place at the Black market. I started spectating as this guy and his friend had barricaded themselves at the top of the tower. 

After the hobo and this guys friend had killed eachother, he picked up the weapons, then disappeared. I tracked him down to Athira, where he had spawned. All the while two guys rifles were approaching the market, probably to avenge their friend that also were killed there. They would have definitely encountered Kyle, had he not logged like he did.

Combatlogging and teleporting AND lying about it on a an unban appeal. When will people understand that when asking for a second chance they have got to be honest and come forth with all details?
