In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was driving around on the airport near the helipads. Then someone spawned a helicopter and i crashed into it, which resulted in both vehicles
exploding and me dieing. I broke rule Rule 2.1 (VDM) in this situation.

Why should we unban you ?
Plain and simple: it was not me. As you can see in the video, there were 2 marco's online at that time(marco and marco(2)). Marco(2) commited the offence. I was not marco(2).
As far as I can see there are 2 ways to try and prove this. One of them is to check if the other marco has the vehicle in question, as I do not have it in my garage. The other one is to check who is who by checking IP's. If I understand this correctly the first marco to join has the name marco and the second one gets the name marco(2). If you are able to check their IP 's when they connected, you can figure out which IP was the culprit. I am willing to provide a screenshot with my IP, but in PM and not on the forums for obvious privacy reasons.

I have no video or screenshots since I am not recording 100% of the time and I was probably doing blood diamonds with a friend, which in itself is not important enough to record.

I understand VDM is not allowed, especially not in the greenzone at the airport. I also understand the confusement around there being 2 marco's.

After some digging done by multiple staffmembers and confirming a timeline of the incident and checking it with our console we can all confirm that you are indeed lying.

Now instead of digging a deeper grave for yourself how about we start with the truth.

Okay, I admit I rammed him, but not on purpose. I was afraid of the resulting damage. It was wrong driving on the airport and on the helipads. And I had to solve it with the guy in teamspeak instead of leaving and being disrespectful. I am also sorry for my lies. I hope we can make something up to solve this, so I can prove myself as a good and supportive player.
