Honetly I have no clue why I was banned, I think it might of been a mistake or a misunderstanding

Why should we unban you ?
I only just got unbanned and I am banned after a few days for a misunderstanding of some sort. I wouldnt VDM after having to wait so long to get unbanned in the first place

Yes its me in the car, but if you look 1 they are in the road 2 if you look at the report I stated how I was lagging so I looking at my other screen and trying to fix it, Me moving must of been me nuging my mouse.

And to answer your question the rule I broke would be VDM, but it was not intentional

 
It looked intentional. Since I issued the ban I'm going to ask for another staff member to review this

This looks very intentional indeed... regardless if it was because you were looking at your other screen or not, you should be in control when on the server... especially when driving.

Also, just because they're on the road, does not mean that you can ignore that they're there and VDM them.

Please paste the rule you broke and explain it in your own words.

 
I understand that it looks like I ment to do this but I was the one who uploaded this and I would not of done that if I ment to VDM them, I was also lucky enough to be unbanned recently and I would not intentionaly break a rule as I have read through them properly and did not want to get banned again as all my friends play on this.

The rule I broke is numbered as (2.1) And labled as VDM, In my own words I would explain this rule as going and running people over if its to kill them or to knock them down for no reason, VDM would also be if I was to ram into someone elses car with the intentions to kill them or destroy their car.

I'm not convinced that this wasn't intentional, you clearly turn into them to run them down. Be honest, did you run them down on purpose?

 
No, I understand what it looks like and if I was you I would be convinced that it was on purpose too. But honestly I was not even looking at the screen with my game on at the time of me running them over, im not trying to say I didnt deserve to be banned as I did break a rule and the rules are strict. Also I wouldnt risk doing it when 1 I had nothing to loose really. and 2 I wouldnt do it as I was lucky enough to get unbanned recently and now I am banned again. And like I said before if I did mean to vdm them I would not of uploaded a video and put it on the fourms.

Could I also add the fact that everyone has accidently nudged there mouse or pressed A/D and accidently ran someone down or crashed.

Its both, I was lagging and that caused me to try and fix it and as I was looking at my other screen I was not paying attention and I ended up in this situation where it looks like I meant to run them down. I can assure you after my first time being banned that I learned from my mistake and I looked over the rules and make sure I don't break one again but I did (unintentionally) and now I am in the situation of me being banned and it looking like I meant to run them down. And that unfortunately has left me in the situation where I am banned and you guys dont know if I am telling the truth as anyone could lie to get unbanned. I would say could you give me a second chance but I already had that chance and screwed it up by driving without paying attention and accidentally running someone down. All I can do it say the facts I have already said them being I was lucky enough to be unbanned recently, People have accidentally ran someone over and it looks like it was on purpose, I uploaded the video and if I did mean to run them over I would not of done that, All my friends play on your server so I dont really have much to do during the time I am banned. And I know that I might of not been paying attention but I am still the person who was in control of the vehicle and that is why I was banned.

All I can really do at this point is cross my fingers and hope I am lucky enough to get unbanned, Thanks to the admins that have taken time in there day to reply to me.

Sorry for any mistakes in this I made it in a hurry as I am leaving my house in about 2 mins.
