In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for VDM
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:


Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)


Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think I should be given another chance because as I was driving past him was de-sinking and as you can see in the video I try to pull over to the other side of the road then I get rammed which I don't see as being VDM if I'm trying to pull over and I get rammed. I was then dragged along with the truck which I believe made it look like it was VDM which I have played on this server for long enough to know what it is wrong.
NOTE:
I was not aware the ban posted by him was about me and he didn't tell me to come on TS after the incident. I am also aware of the fact the ban post was posted in the actioned placement of the form before it was looked at and it was also not completed in the correct format of which the template is for. which I believe to be a failed forum report.

I checked the video and you drove in front of him, way to close at that speed. So that is no accident, you tried to abuse the rules around VDM by getting in front of him, hoping he would be scared to break the VDM rule by hitting you and stop the car. The way you went in front of him and then went left to right shows you did that entirely on purpose with no regard for your own safety (terrible RP).

Now I also fail to see any desync in this video, the way you get stuck under the truck is completely due to you driving in front of him and then trying to keep driving while he drove over your car. If you had stopped, or just didnt went in front, nothing would have happened.

This terrible display of roleplay and disregard for the rules and game mechanics shows me you are probably not cut out to play on this community. Add to that the fact you already were banned before and unbanned for a final chance here:



All this only leads to one conclusion;
