In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was killed in kavala by police and later died in my heli in athira, the NLR timer from kavala dissapeared so i didnt take note of it[NLR Broken]. I respawned in kavala and got to the garage and picked out a car, i dont know what went to my mind, but driving 110 km/h seemed like a good idea at that time. [VDM] broken. I dont really know what went to my mind, maybe i was tired, but i regret all my dissisions and aware of all the rules.

5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I've played on the server for over ½ an year and want to get back in and keep bringing joy to the server. I have plenty of friends on this server, and they mean alot to me.

I looked through your posts and you have been reported/have reported a lot. What made you forget two of our most basic rules?

Well i didn't really forget the rules. The thing is that i was kinda in the greyzone, because i didn't intentionally vdm it's more to the fact that i was driving to fast and lost control of my car.

TBH the guys that were vdm'ed were standing in the middle of the road in Kavala, plus nobody died except someone who was trolling and driving on the opposite site of the road.

The NLR was because i died twice so there's no second time, and i broke NLR by only less than 1 min.

It tried to sort this out with Brat before coming to the forums, but he wasn't willing to listen. So i got mad at him and realized that things were only gonna get worse if i kept on going.

I wasn't willing to listen? We had a long, long conversation on TS. I told you why I banned you, you said you had a video that proved your innocence. I asked you to show me the video, as I was 100% sure you had broken the rules. You then only posted a screenshot with an NLR timer on, which you claim was from you dying in Athira.

You then threw some accusations at me that I used to "glitch houses", after which I asked you to post any evidence, as I am very sure i have never done anything like that, but you just kept accusing me saying "I should have reported you back then and gotten you banned".

It is also interesting you were playing under the name "Mustard", not Banjo Braun. As if you thought you could get away with things by changing your name.

And lastly, there was nothing "grey" about the VDM, you smashed in to several vehicles, that was standing still, while you were driving at 110 through Kavala market street. It is a true miracle none of the vehicles blew up. Driving that fast through the busiest street on the map, for no reason at all… straight in to several vehicles.. That is VDM.

I was playing under the name Mustard because i was trying to leave the police, the academy member told me to play under a different name, because he didn't want to take the responsibility and instead contacted a higher op. 

I don't know what's wrong with u or it's something personal u have against me, but look up at my actual post instead of just my comment, i admit to RDMing and Breaking nlr and is therefor sorry. 

And yes although it may be true that u requested a video, But the fact is i told you over 5 times that i do not have a video but a couple screenshots. U then kept on going about the video, proving to the fact that yes u may have given me an offer, but no you never fucking listened. 

Don't take this any further i am not here to discus right or wrong, i am here to admit my wrong doings hoping for another chance.
