In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I know exactly why I was banned, simply because i wasn't up to date on the server rules for playing as a police officer. This was because i was only a PCSO and didn't have enough experience and knowledge of the server rules on the role i was putting myself in. Furthermore I would imagine that all the rules a police officer would have abide by would be in the police handbook which the rule 9.1.2 wasn't. This also was a inconvenience as these were the police rules but i completely forgot to reread the server rules for my role. So what happened was it was very late and i thought i would be nice and offer my friend (SOS) Pvt. Rav, 10 black carrier rigs and 10 black berets. Obviously he accepted this offer because it was free and he was also unaware of the serious rule we were breaking. After this incident i asked Long Beard for a chat in Team speak and me, Long Beard, Rav and some other members of the staff team had a long conversation about what we had done wrong.

Why should we unban you ?
After this long talk we had about discussing the rule break i had realized how bad what i had done was. This set my head straight as i really need to keep up to date on the rule book of Roleplay.co.uk. Additionally i think you should unban me as i have thoroughly read through the rules another couple of times so i know know what i need to be doing in the future. Furthermore i really love playing alongside the roleplay.co.uk community and it really made an impact on my life with some of the people i have met and for this to be thrown out the window due to some stupid mistake i made whilst not knowing the rules of the server should possibly be looked past as this is my first ban and hopefully my last. Thanks for reading, Lukas.

No... I do not take kindly to bullshit so lets cut the i wasn't aware of the rules bollocks for a start!

I was banned simply because of my own stupid actions. So me and my friend Rav were playing very earlyt ing the morning and i thought i would give him 10 carrier rigs and 10 berets. Oviously i was stupid enough to not realize how careless i was being. From here on Rav spoke to Long Beard on Team speak as i was about to go off and i get a message from Rav so i come back on to talk to Long Beard and discuss what i done was completely out of order.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned as now looking back at it i was being extremely careless of what i was doing and i now know how severe the punishment is for rule breaking as this was my first ever ban and hopefully my last. i really wish i could of been a lot smarter as i really love the RPUK community and I have made so many new friends playing, i really don't want it to go down the drain because of me being complete and utter stupid, and if i do get unbanned i will always be sure i am doing the right thing and not breaking sever rules just for some cash.

Why were you lying at first? Be honest. why break a rule if you aware of the rule? Are you saying the rule should not be like this or did you think you would not get caught

 
Honestly i was plain stupid, i was aware of the rule and didn't think i would get caught. Also it was late at night so i was tired and im not putting the blame on that but looking back on it i cant comprehend how stupid i was in thinking that in anyway giving away the gear would be a good idea. But i have now thought about what i have done and if i do happen to get unbanned i will certainly make sure that nothing like that ever happens again.

 
So you lie to us in your un-ban appeal and then ask us to un-ban you...... why should we even bother proceeding at this point if we know you've lied once and will likely do it again? Why should we believe anything you say?

 
In these 5 days i have been banned i have realized that what i have done out of order and am still wondering what ran through my head that told me that i would not get caught. Also i would not of  broken this rule if i realized the consequences of it. You should believe what i say because i have realized that without RPUK i have nothing to do in my spare time and i miss the community that i have been apart of for almost a year now. Furthermore as this was my first ban i have not realized how bad it feels to not be a active member in the RPUK community.
 

 
Since we are now being honest, can you provide a detailed account of how this was set up. What discussion took place with the recipient of the exploited goods, how did you make the arrangements, and what were the arrangements?  Include things like why you chose a remote station and why you chose to do it at 03:30.

Keep in mind, we're looking for honesty and full disclosure.

There was no prior planning to do this at this time just to make that clear. Rav and I were talking about what gear i could get as a PCSO and i told him everything, then i offered him some black carrier rigs and he accepted my offer. So i spawned Athira as there would of been less chance of being seen by anyone and i thought why not just fill up  a hatchback with them. As there was no planning prior i told him to come outside Athira PD but to bring a van to carry all the stuff in, he then took the gods and we went our separate ways (he was going to his house and i was logging off). But just as i was about to head off Rav messaged me that you had caught on and I came back online to come and speak with you on Teamspeak.

 
So you abused a position of trust within the community and the perks that come with it (Free gear) as a result you have not only been banned but are now 1 of 7 people that are completely unable to rejoin the police under any circumstance. So I ask of you, was it really worth it?

 
So it seems you can't be trusted with white listed factions and thew responsibilities that come with them, do you plan on joining any other white listed factions if given a second chance? If so why should they trust you?

 
No I dont feel like being under a controlled ranking system is for me as i dont fell like i have the freedom i would have when i play as a rebel.

 
If the above statement is true, why would you join the police in the first place? It's no secret that the police have a controlled ranking system and less freedom as rebel. 

Was it perhaps with the sole intent to gain access to free police gear you could then pass on to your gang mates? 

 
No , I joined simply because I didn’t like the gang I was in and we were planning to make a new one so in the meantime I thought the police would be fun for a while but I kind of missed doing illegal things. But me joining the police was never for the sole purpose of me supplying gear.

 
Seeing as we cannot be sure how long this has occurred you account will be wiped in accordance with our exploit policy.  We have a zero-tolerance approach to people exploiting the system in order to gain gear in this manner, be it duping, white-list abuse or otherwise.

Your account will be unbanned, however, take this as a final warning. Any further rule breaks of any kind will result in your account being perm-banned.
