In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to the incident(s) revolving morrisons blanket ban. I was speaking to some friends in a private channel and it slipped my tounge that I was "involved" in the incident when I was sat in their teamspeak. I can assure I was uninvolved in any way at that time I was just sitting and chatting to my friends. They wanted to go down in their "own" way but I wanted to stay on the server.

Why should we unban you ?
Honestly I think I should be unbanned because I was not directly involved with any rule break or anything like that. At that time I was just chilling and talking to some friends, their behaviour was nothing that I supported. I would like to come back to the community cause I've made a ton of friends on there and I've had a ton of fun playing with all kinds of different people. I apologize if I caused any harm or issues for staff. I've not had other issues or anything like that previously, never been banned or had a run ins with staff that was negative that I know of/remember. I'd like to see myself come back to the community someday.

You were sat in the room while they committed some pretty terrible acts, why did you not leave at this point? Why did you sit and watch without alerting us if you cared so much about staying here?

I understand your point of view, I did not tell them to stop as I was not aware of the full extent of what was going on, at first I thought it was a joke, and I kept going with the other game I was playing with another friend of mine, when I heard a bunch of laughter and mic-spamming, when I realized it was happening, I immediatley disconnected from teamspeak and spoke to staff about it and how I was not involved, as I was not. I understand that it looks fishy from your point of view, but I would like to say that I was in no way, shape or form a supporter or involved with what they did, I was simply sat in a teamspeak at the wrong time.

I understand that's not a viable excuse to why I did not come and tell staff about it, but considering it all happened so quickly, I barely had time to pass the "information" on before the punishment was given.

I did not want to cause an issue, and I apologize if I did. But I can assure you that I had no intention of being involved with what was carried out that day. I made that clear to staff.

We know you're more involved than you're letting on and made a choice on more than one occasion to turn a blind eye to your friends activity, and then going on to boast about it, whoops. That makes you, not only complicit in their actions but also rather stupid, frankly I don't trust you and if they were smart, they wouldn't trust you either.

He was in a UNMC room boasting about his involvement and the fact he avoided a ban, shortly after his ban and FADES ban... fade is spamming abuse and racist remarks to members of our team
