Because it looked like I was insulting a guy. I started getting annoyed because that guy didn't get what I said, and he kept asking the same questions over and over.

Why did you not respond last time?

Because my irl game buddies left the server and found another game to play, I joined them at the other game. I forgot that I had a ban appeal up and running.

I would keep calm, act professional and resolve the situation in a normal way instead of raging. I've learned from my mistake and this will not happen again.
