i regrettably stole a NHS helicopter

Why should we unban you ?
due to my ignorance i had not read the rules, and i truly regret my decision to take the helicopter, i know that my ignorance is not an excuse but i have the intelligence to know that i should not of done what i did, nor will i commit such actions again.
if you un-ban me i will commit to following all rules and become a functioning member of the community.
