In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i personally think it was because my 'friend' frogg shot at someone as we was jobbing a bank. he was new to the game and only had around 3 hours of playing time which meant that he didn't know all the rules that led to this.

Why should we unban you ?
i think we should be unbanned because we enjoyed playing the server for the time we did, we did not go out of rule or cheat when playing. We / I made one mistake which wasn't a big deal. No one died and 1 car was damaged. We should have not got a perma ban for this and only a temp.

So first you were warned for robbing medics and told to go and read the rules. You then decided to rob a petrol station and decided to shoot at anyone who came close to you. Why did you not read the rules even though you were given a chance to do so? You were just as guilty as your friend, it is your responsibility to ensure you follow the rules regardless of the actions of others.

we was warned about the medic which we didn't know at the time considering we had only played for a few hours, which we then said that it would not happen again. we read the rules after that. 

about 'shooting at people' my friend shot ONE bullet which we then TOLD him that he could not do that. it was his first ever time playing and didnt know the rules properly. how can you perma ban a group of people for one of there friends who is NEW to the game making one mistake. 

guilty? i clearly did not take part in shooting at the people that drove past because i KNEW the rules.

and if you read the post properly i clearly stated that 'MY FRIEND' so please read it properly before assuming i was shooting as well.

The website is clearly stated in the server name, even on the very first screen that shows up before you spawn in everytime.

It's not up to you to tell us how to run our server and what punishments we give out.  Instead of whinging, try not getting yourself banned in the first place eh?  

Clearly, you think this is a joke and judging from your amazing profile picture are fairly immature in the first place.

When you decide to grow up and take responsibility try making another appeal.
