Nate Diggity has opened an un-ban appeal

Date & Time you was banned:: 11/08/15 approx 11:30am
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): NLR - Brat
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was being robbed by somebody who did not speak english, therefore did not know what they was saying to me. I asked them what they wanted me to do and they were silent for a minute, so i turned to walk away and i was shot. I disputed this in side chat (via text) and was immediately banned straight away.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: I didn't break any rules!
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because i did nothing wrong. Why am i being penalised on behalf of somebody who is in an english server, not speaking english, and breaking rules at my expense

Okay. I watched this robbery happen. They asked you to put your hands up. You asked "How do I do that"? They typed in OOC "Shift J". You asked again "How do I do that", and while they were typing you decided to run. You were then shot and killed. Rightly so. Then in side you started accusing them of RDM, which it was not. Then you said "Ill come for you", and called them "fucking retarded kids". That is when the ban was issued.

Good luck on this unban appeal.

 
oh thats great, you saw the robbery, and you saw i made the effort to ask what i was supposed to be doing. You saw the racism they used afterwards aswell then yes??

I saw absolutely no racism friend. All I saw was you asking how to put your hands up, them typing how, you deciding to run, get killed and then you going crazy in side with insults and accusations.

 
Oh, so you just felt abliged to have a say on this?... :)  Why didn't i see you? ... and how did you not hear any racist remarks while they was stood over me?.... You left by then? :D

Since Im the in game admin who banned you, I did feel obligated to say this yes. I didn't hear any because there wasn't any, and to be frank, I think you are lying about it =)

 
Quite the accusation, is this how you go off about all the un-ban appeals? Accusing people, knowing that you will be sided regarded as your paying to be an admin. Life goals op <3

 
I know im not supposed to be posting here but i thought i would try and help and link these rules. please no warning points just trying to save you admins some time/trouble of linking this stuff.

Unban Appeal Process Rules

  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unban's they are dealt with on this forum only, If you ignore this rule your appeal on the forums will be denied & closed.

  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 

  • Any appeals not using the correct title and template as shown above will be denied.

  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking when will i be unbanned we reserve the right to deny the request.

  • Any abuse towards an admin will result in a full community ban!

  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only, Anyone commenting on an appeal will receive a warning point

  • My Brother did it does not work here, Do not even bother using that excuse.

  • We are unable to unban anyone who has been banned with the reason "GameHack #38"

  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded after 2 days will be closed and if the player returns at a later date a new request linking the old one needs to be opened.
 
@Nate Diggity a little disrespectful to an ingame admin... he doesn't need to record hes an admin when hes in-game.

Based on one of your replies i can see your not serious about appealing so the appeal is denied.
