In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: for nothing to be quite frankly honest, infact this is my 3rd ban and i don't feel i've stretched the rules by any means espicially not this time. i was robbing a guy at the oil trader just before server restart, as i was shouting in the distance (not too far away) asking him to stop, he ran towards the driver seat where i lost vision of him, not wanting him to drive off i shot off the front tire, he got out, and from there all i wanted him to do was get his hands in the air, my friend then shot him from behind and said he thought i was being shot at. we didn't even get a chance to Comp the guy, my friend did the so called RDM incident, C.Lind who also was banned, i'm extremely frustrated with this considering i'm sure i did nothing. i really want to hear from Brat. i'm even more frustrated as i was saving for the half price sale and now i'll be banned for a while for something i feel like i didn't do. i just want  to get back to playing as soon as possible.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I litterally spent every day on this server and have been here for a few months now, i've been loving my time on here and i try my absolute hardest not to break any rules no matter what. i'm really sorry for breaking the rules. and i've already had my final chance, but i feel i deserve to get unbanned since my previous bans (unintentional combat logging, i wasnt actually in combat but i used teleporting, which was a deserved ban and an RDM for shooting warning shots at an heli landing near the black market, not killing anyone) were not extreme rule breaks by any means, i always take my time to do stuff and i love the roleplaying and the community, not to mention i've helped so many new players get started by giving them a bit of money, teaching them the basics and taking them on copper runs, i've done this with atleast 10 new players, i feel like i've got a fairly decent rep with the people that know me and i hope i could get unbanned, i'm really sorry i broke the rules and i hope i can be given a chance, thanks for hearing me out. 
 

Edit:This is my second forum account, i was banned for 7 days on my main forum account, but was unbanned by Khandamir since. my main forum account is named Xkan.
 

Another edit: I've been banned for over 6 days now for something i didn't do, if i get unbanned is there any chance of being compensated? regardless i'll be extremely thankful to be unbanned if it happens.

Im gonna answer you here, even though you sent me a personal message on forums aswell (breaking the rules). I spectated this entire robbery. You ran up to him, saying "get down", he then ran for a second, stopped and looked at you, and you just blasted your rifle, possibly at his tyres, and your mate comes up and shoots him dead.

There was maybe 3 seconds between "Get down", which really isn't even initiating, as I know atleast i would be very confused what that even meant. Not "Down on the ground", just "get down". Which could be a warning that something was going on in the area, or an invitation to "get down" with you guys and just hang out. And for all I know, you were trying to shoot him aswell, seeing as he complied and did not even get into his truck, and you started shooting so fast.

All in all, maybe you didn't try to kill him, but the rest of it combined with your mate RDMing, makes it very suspicious. The roleplay wasn't very good either. If you get unbanned, I suggest you go for awhile without a weapon until you learn how to properly initiate and get rid of that itchy triggerfinger.

I'm sorry for Pming you which i actually didnt know was breaking the rules but as i said in the PM i told him to stop or something in the likes of that he didnt stop instantly which is understandable, i just saw him running towards his truck and as a person whos been vdmed 10000000 times by people trying to escape robberies by quickly jumping in and running me over i looked down my sight and took out the tire, he was right next to the truck when i started shooting. my friend clearly broke the rules but i didnt intend to break the rules. my field of view was narrowed down by aiming down the sights, anyways whatever money hes lost me and my friends are going to comp him upon getting unbanned. thats if i get unbanned ofcourse. making an edit to add something extra without bumping the post. I don't really like the snappy comment regarding my supposive "trigger finger" i didnt shoot the guy first of all second of all, i get that its suspicious that my friend shot him but why hand out bans because of suspision? all in all it makes me really frustrated, i'm not going to criticise you because i understand what it may have looked like but now i'm stuck here with a ban for something i feel i didnt do.
