In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned

The story goes like this, My friend was in our heli overviewing people on the oil proccessing, while me and my other friend was hanging around copper processing. (This was less than 5 minutes before server restart) one friend of mine logged off and as i was about to log off my friend convinced me to stay and rob the tempest device that was heading to the oil trader, we wait for the tempest to arrive 2 minutes before restart. As the guy sells his second patch i go on from one side and my friend from the other, I see the guy trying to run for his truck as I'm shouting at him, (Not sure if he was going to jump in and try to drive off) I aim down his front tire and shoot it off, My friend still dosn't have a view of things mind you, The guy we're robbing surrenders himself and complies, he was unarmed, as I'm telling him to get his hands above his head my friend shoots him in the back saying he thought i was being shot at, he was banned instantly and i was banned right after.
Why should we unban you.
I've been banned for about 2 months now. I've sent in countless appeals being denied appeal after appeal, I've written so many pages of reasons why I should be unbanned, I'm so sorry for what I did and it will NEVER and I mean never happen again if i get given this chance, I was banned on suspicion which made me feel unfairly treated, i thought it was ok to contact admins because of that, I tried contacting Neo on teamspeak as i thought it was a better idea than messaging him on the forums. (not sure what i was thinking, i know both methods are forbidden, i discussed this with my friends before doing it and they thought it would be ok to bypass the rule since I really didn't feel like waiting and entire week) I miss playing on the server so ridicoulously much, I had some amazing experiences here and I'm dying to come back. I've got to be honest I felt like complete sh!t when i was first denied, I really can't handle the feeling of knowing I was never allowed to play here again, I would do ANYTHING to be given an extra chance, a part of me won't let this go due to the circumstances of my ban. I was banned for something my friend did, And i payed for it, my friend got unbanned due to it being his first ban. I've introduced countless people to the community and I've helped a ton of new players get through their first times on the server teaching them the rules and how to get started, taken them on copper runs and so on, (I have a house right around the DVLA so i meet lots of new players) I'm really sorry for breaking the rules, If i get given this extra chance I won't mess up i promise, I feel like i got put in a very unfortunate situation, like i said, i'd do almost anything to get unbanned. So please just please give me this extra chance. (I might want to add this should probably be rewieved by Wilco since he intially denied me) (Forgot to mention i have another forum account. "Xkan") EDIT: I really can't put words to how much i want to get unbanned, I miss the community so much. Again, I apologise to Neo for messaging him on teamspeak regarding the ban while being fully aware it was the wrong thing to do, I have no idea what went I was thinking at the time but I was desperate, I felt like it was fine to message him since my ban was wrongful (Atleast in my eyes I think i handled the situation the best I could.) I know I shouldn't have, I regret it so much and I really wish I could go back and not messaged him in the first place. Also to spare you from the digging I've been banned on 2 other occasions. First one for combat logging (actually teleporting) which was wrong, I wanted to save the trip from Zaros to Kavala. (I was banned by WhoIsDan) Second offense, was me being at the blackmarket, buying firearms for some new friends I had just made, A heli tried to land outside the black market, at this point I had misunderstood the RDM rule, I thought it only applied if you killed someone without intiating so i shot warning shots just to scare it off and stop it from landing. After a short while he comes around and charges the heli at me nearly flying straight into me so i tried some more warning shots (mind you i could have shot out the pilot but I really didn't want to get banned, I was on comms with these 2 other guys and I litterally said it just before getting banned) I had no idea shooting at someone was still regarded as rdm despite not intending to hit them, I learnt my lesson and was thankful to be given an extra chance. As the heli flew past me (i got banned shortly after) I assumed he did it to get my name? regardless I was banned by Nozeinho, but I got unbanned which i was really grateful for. Now I'm sitting here banned again for something I really feel I didn't do, I regret listening to my friend, I regret contacting admins, I regret the whole situation, I know it was wrong but I was so desperate, you have to understand I was litterally playing for several hours every day. I can't describe how sad I was when my first appeal got denied, espicially knowing how easily it could have been avoided, It's so hard for me to let this go, so I'm begging of you, please just give me an extra chance, I'll go a month without weapons, I'll assign myself to strictly helping new players get started for a period of time, I'd do almost anything to be given an extra chance. Just consider it atleast, I know every rule by head. I can't describe how much it would mean to me if you were to give me this extra chance, I still hang around the forums every day and look at all the different sections, waching the hilarious videos and screenshots to the more serious sections. I get nostalgic despite only having played on the server for a few month prior to my ban, I've never had as good a gaming experience before as on this server, I love the roleplaying, the people, the stuff that happens is not comparable to any other game, it feels so real and I love to live myself into the situation. I'm trying my absolute hardest here, I'm dying to come back and I really hope you'll consider giving me this chance, I know it's alot to ask for considering i've been banned twice prior to this, But I really don't see myself as a rulebreaker, I've always tried my hardest to live myself in to every situation and I feel like I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I know it was completely wrong of me to try to contact an admin, and you have no idea how much i wish i didn't do it. I'm really sorry. I don't know what else to say, I've already had my chance but I hope you can see past that. I would be so insanely grateful if I was given this last chance.
