I think he was salty becouse i killed him, and took his car (he even got it back later)
Why should we unban you ?
I said that he needed to put his hands up, gave him 2-3 seconds to do so and he didnt even try, he just stood there so i shot him. he had enough time to put his hands up if he wanted to do so. he knew how to do so becouse as you can see in the video my fellow gang member had threaten him before hand and then he took his hands up immidiatly. And i believe that 4-5 seconds is more than enough to put your hands up and comply to the orders that were given.
