Breaking radio rules when arrested

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was banned because when i was arrested and had communications taken i still spoke to my team on group channel to break me out of jail. when confronted by admins i lied which meant they couldnt believe anything i was saying and had to ban me.

Why should we unban you ?
firstly i would like to say i fully understand why i was banned and in doing this is the first step to change. i would also like to say sorry to anyones roleplay i ruined by using the radio when in the police car to contact my team to break me out of jail. i no have fully read the rules and will NEVER break them again and be careful to make sure i stick to them. i like the server and the roleplay i get on it and would like to continue playing on it. i hope you take my application into concideration thank you.

i no have fully read the rules and will NEVER break them again and be careful to make sure i stick to them

Uhuh, 43+ hours on the server and only now "apparently" bothering to read the rules instead of before when you joined the server or I don't know... maybe within the 43+ hours you have on the server already. Since it took so long for you to bother to apparently read them I am going to ensure you have plenty of time to review them again since you wasted our staffs time with your lack of common sense on this matter and from what I see on the notes your have quite the bad attitude as well yet you made a complete turnaround here trying to act like a saint now, not buying it either so when you come back to appeal again ensure you actually put more effort into it and this time go into the situation a hell of a lot more on how you managed to get yourself banned for your attitude alongside your rulebreaks.

You may appeal again in a week. If you try to contact any staff about your ban/appeal during that time and the period of time will be extended unless with extremely good reason to do so.
