In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was looking through a wall in a gunfight with police, after the gunfight was over words were exchange and people were getting annoyed. After several minutes i was banned for 2.4

Why should we unban you ?
i am a long standing member of this community and i have been through some ruff times and made a lot of friends and enemies of this server and community.
i am a lifetime donator to the community and i enjoy every moment i play on this server and with the community members.
i understand what i did wrong and i feel like my eyes are reason for this. i know i shouldn't of done it and i feel like i made a terrible mistake. i understand looking round a corner is fine however looking through a wall is not. i am very sorry for what i have done and i feel like i should be able to appeal this ban and hopefully be given a chance as my Role play on this community is good and my activity and time i spend here is a lot. i feel like a lot of people would miss me if i was to leave and i feel like i could be given another chance and change the way i do things on the server.

If there is any possibility of being un banned i will change my way of combat and no longer abuse the fact, i feel like i was banned quickly and deserved the ban for what i did however i also believe in second chances and i feel like this would be the time for it.

No i have no plans on leaving this community however i did talk to stavik after the ban and did say i was done until he said i could appeal. I will not be wasting your time. This status was just to say goodbye for the time being as i am banned and i don't know how long it will take for me to get un banned if ever. i would gladly accept coming back into the community and the server, please do not take the status as a sign of me not wanting to return, please take it as a good bye but not for long as i will hopefully be un banned. (if i do) of course.

My behaviour has vastly improved as you yourself should know. My RP has become much more enjoyable for others and i have a lot of experience from my time. This blatant Wall peaking is more of an arma thing more then a server exploit. For example i do not abuse storing bugs or duplication bugs. I simply look through or around walls with 3rd person. Yes in a way u could say its a bug or exploit but i see it more of a feature arma or Bohiema should change themselves. May i suggest RPUK takes 3rd person view off and see how things go for a while? I don't intentionally abuse this fact of looking through walls as i know a lot of people do it. I feel like i could easily stop doing such things and focus more on my role play by setting a goal i set a while ago which i didn't achieve due to my break. maybe i can come back and stay on medic duty for a while and push myself to DR before heading onto Gang Role play. I know what i did was wrong however i know a lot of people who have come back from worse.

How would you explain looking through a wall and down the hall, even from your POV you can see this is what you are doing and your intentions are very clear.
You know its wrong, you still do it ?  And for what? Do get the upper hand in a gunfight ?

It has been a down wards spiral with you, and the staff team is now spending quite abit off time on you.

Yes i look through walls to search or clear buildings out or use to hold a position to know when someone is coming in a gunfight. i admit to this. i already agreed to that.

However i feel like it hasn't been a downward spiral for me. i have had many ups and downs on this server and community.

i don't think staff are spending a lot of time on me, i don't want anything bad to come off the ban and appeal that is already in place. i just wish to return to the server and community and better myself like i have been doing. i made a name for myself for good RP and that's what my plan was. I know a lot of people questioned my RP in the past and i have changed a lot since and i know a lot of people can say that i have. 

All i want to come off this appeal is to return to the community and the server and enjoy my time i have with friends and new people i meet.

I do not wish for yourself Stavik or any other staff members to waste time on me when i know there are serious issues at hand with either the server or other players.

I completely agree i abuse the fact of gaining an advantage over a gunfight with what i do.

I am truly sorry for abusing an arma physic and i have tried to come through to yourself and others about my wrong doings

you know i come forward with any information i have or found with bugs or glitches.

I myself told u of an abuse of storing etc i also have told many admins about the duplication bugs and others.

i know two rights don't get rid of my wrong etc and all that but i do my best for the community and the server for people to enjoy and have fun.

If u truly feel yourself stavik you and the staff are wasting time on me then i will let you make the decisions on what to do.

i feel like i changed my ways in a lot of different ways. i feel like that whole leaning to see through walls is a new way and mistake i have made. again like i said i don't want to waste your time or staffs, you question why i haven't changed my ways yet u yourself know i have changed over the years months weeks and days especially when myself you and alfred had a conversation about RP etc.

Final warnings and warnings are no different to parents telling you off time and time again. i have only been banned once and had probably many warning points or notes against me. i don't intend to break rules i don't go out my way to look for exploits or even cheat the system i play fair and try my hardest to please everyone.

there is no longer a need to linger on past things and i feel like my past or past experience are not the issue i feel like we should all look to the future and maybe a form of agreement. 

I wish to return to the community like i said and i don't want it any other way.

I miss playing arma on RPUK and i miss the guys i played with.

I have learnt many different ways of changing and i repeat final warnings and warnings are just there i feel to scare people to not do it. however i haven't made the same mistakes as before.

..... So what's the point in us un-banning you if this is another case of me and Stavik becoming Mum & Dad and you not giving a flying fudge that you're on your last legs?

I don't find any genuine sincerity in your words, I feel you're virtually copy pasting from every un-ban every written "I'm sorry, i know the rules but I broke them anyway, I love this server and want to play with my friends."

At first I thought you might be genuine, genuinely sorry, a genuine woops. I really don't feel that anymore.

So us unbanning you and giving you a final chance is exactly the same.
