Being part of a gang that RDM'ed without iniating RP

Why should we unban you ?
1.I did not Random Death Match anyone since i did not even get to shoot anyone before being shot.
2. Me and my team are fairly new to this server, and we found that in all illegal areas it is KOS, which it apparently is not, and we were unaware of this. We used to play on another server we're it was KOS in all illegal areas such as: Weed, cocaine, meth etc. It just doesn't make sense to us.
3. Was told by gang member i was banned because i was a part of that killing situation. ( i was afk at the time the admin choose to ban me, so i could not speak up for myself ) however unfortunately i cannot see anywhere in the rules that it is stated that you can be banned behalf of you gang members actions.
4. Rules are badly formulated in my opinion, on rule 2.2 it states
- Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This rule is not applicable in the red zone.

Right here it states that the rules 2.2 is not applicable in the red zone. Then i went on thinking if this applied to for example. Illiegal areas such as; weed, meth dealers and so on. Then i asked openly on the server in the side channel, that question i was wondering about. They then on said yes, and off cause i trusted them because, you guys seem to have a mature community and i then would think this as trustworthy information.

Conclusion: I will iniate RP before killing someone, and not ever be AFK, if i will, i will disconnect from the server.

You was seen by a staff member being involved in the situation; do you have evidence to prove otherwise?

Take trustworthy information from STAFF and NOT normal players in sidechat; they can help but their information isn't always true. Had you approached the staff team with this query prior to your involvement in this situation you and your group wouldn't have been banned. This is NOT the fault of the RPUK rules and staff this is a misinterpretation form yourself.
