In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned due to i chooce the right of silence, and wrote in //ooc too try to stop the RP due to we wanted to sort an issue.
Why should we unban you.
Befor i say anything else i want to say that what i am about to say is the truth and only the truth.
I feel i was wrongly banned for several reasons, and i will point them out belove in order.
1. Roleplay
We never broke roleplay in voice, and even stated i wanted to use my right to silence, wich i am sure must be allowed has afther all thats a right we have acording too the law on the island.
And i am sorry that i might have affected Roleplay by writing in //OOC but at the time we were really frustrated of being taken down due to what i belived too be VDM.
2. //OOC
The //ooc might have affected the RP for a few moments in the start wen we wanted to sort it on TS, but the officers kept on going with there Roleplay, and even tho i didnt say anything i did has well. i jumped out of my helicopter. i put my hands on my head.
And to show what happened in //ooc i will list what was said, and make point were there was breaks so nothing get misunderstood.
Wen the officers come to the helicopter and tells me too jump out:
Me: //am not coming out to VDMers.
They say jump out.
Me: //Nop.
Officers says he will pull me out
Me: //U can pull me out but then u will have to come to rebel liason rom
DSTG James: //Fine
DSTG James: //Hop out
I jump out and put hands on my head.
wile being escorted to the helicopter:
Asarid: //Am there waiting
DSGT James: //Cool
during the flight to the prison:
Asarid: //You can start to come to liason room before u do anything
DSGT James: //No, it will come afther RP Session.
DSGT James: //End of OOC, leave it till end.
Asarid: //so you take our guns sends us to prison and then go for the big issue? lol
DSGT James: //following procedure, no more OOC pls
Me: //Thats cops procedure not serverr procedure
At prison:
DSGT James: //No more OOC, it ruins the RP
DSGT Fade: //Last warning stop typing in OOC
Me: //So dosse VDM
My point here is we did not write much in //OOC, yes we wrote a little bit, but nothing major and I feel i was revange reported.
3. Revange report
I have reason to belive that i was revange reported, yet this was ignored wen it was pointed out on the report against me.
The reason why i and others belive that it was a revange report are has following:
The cops were seteled and okay with what had happened wen we spoke with DI Joseph in rebel liason rom, and we almost had an agrement. But wen i said i still felt like we got VDMed and i wanted to report it, DI Joseph jumps back down too tell the officers about it, they all sudenly jumps back in too the liason rom too talk about it, but then changes over too how bad the RP was.
I also want to point out, that it was never said they felt the RP issue was unresolved. Nor that they wanted to go further with it.
And in DI Joseph's report from the meeting u can clearly see it says i was the one who said i wanted to go further. Not the other way around.
(this next part is what i can see and might be a coinsident)
So wile i was working on my report and upload my video.
The officers sits in a channel with ingame admins. And rush a report on me befor i was able too finish my report on Kieron.
4. False report info
In the report against me there are some information that are not true. I will list belove:
Me texting officers to get away earlier
Me being a bully
About me texting officers to get away is wrong.
Yes it happens rarly i write in //ooc to officers who might have done something wrong but that befor have never stoped roleplay. I want to bring up an example of this.
I was at the bank on the 06.02.2016 at 00.35 wile breaking down the door i was meet by 2 PC with weapons, this officers were PC Matthew Hollas and PC Matsi, at this point they were breaking server rules, but i proceded to roleplay with them until the end of scenario, were we then went over in /ooc asking to talk in teamspeak. So we did. And the mather was solved.
My point here is, even tho i get issuse with cops i usualy RP until the end of scenario if nothing major happens to change the event. Something a VDM dosse.
Next insident i want to bring up has well was one with SGT Shadowrain.
This happens just a few days ago.
Me and my new friend called Charlie. Were driving in my 2 tempests, wen a cop car tried to pull us over, has we do not stop Shadowrain miss fire on us. Instead of complaining on it, we stop our Tempests and procede to RP the situation.
And once the RP is done, i then contact shadow and ask if i can talk to him.
My point here is, i would never wroten in //OOC if i didnt feel it was necesarly to try to solve the problem..
About me being a bully.
I finde this really offencive and really hurting to hear. If i ever have hurted someones feelings then i am sorry, has i never have had that in intent. But i am preaty sure i have not bullied anyone.
The reason i am sure i have not bullied is because i do not spread rumors about someone, i do not agresivly attack anyone in voice or text, i dont even usualy swear. And since i rarly do write in //ooc i cant have bullied anyone repeatedly either.
And I do want too appolegize for all the inconviniece this case has created.
