Rightfully I was caught breaching rule 2.5

Why should we unban you ?
I made the mistake when I was new to the server, but I'm not trying to excuse what I did. I had played lot more on the server and really enjoyed experience (So much that I had easily over 100 hours play time before my ban) Since the incident happened I followed the rules to the letter. But because of one silly mistake as a newbie I can no longer play on the server I really enjoyed using the service of. I really hope you consider my appeal, as I have certainly learnt that the rules are not to be flouted.

What would you do different in the future?

I would follow the server rules to the absolute. As I now know the consequence for not doing so. Plus I did learn in my time prior to my ban, that its a lot more enjoyable if everyone follows the server rules.

You broke a basic rule that makes me believe you couldn't even be arsed to Roleplay and valued gear more. We don't want them type of players on RPUK. We are a strict roleplay server and the fact that you denied this potential RP shows me you aren't here to roleplay.

That's a very unjustly harsh accusation based on very little evidence. The event that lead to my ban happened very early on in my play time on the server. It was weeks before I was actually banned. 

I dont feel that a one time mistake which I never repeated gives you the right to question if I want to roleplay or not. I'll point out if I didn't want to roleplay I wouldn't have wantonly put myself through the process of appealing.

I ment your statement above. not the evidence for being banned. I did admit in this report that I did wrong.

I'm very sorry for my actions. I would just like another chance to roleplay on the server again.

Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). [/SIZE]

You made no attempt to resolve the issue straight after. Yes, you say you are sorry, but are you sorry you did it, or sorry you got caught? I am not convinced which one of the two is the case. So in line with the community rules and the fact you actually combatlogged in a active situation and not out of rage after you died, this is not something we will easily overlook and grant a second chance for. Unfortunately that means this appeal is denied.
