i was swearing out of character in sidechat

Why should we unban you ?
i had been killed by 4 guys trying to take me hostage and when i requested a medic the medic drove straight past me which annoyed me. I started putting abuse in direct chat to no one in particular because there was nobody there and with a slip of my finger i entered side chat. It was only one message and it was completly accidental

Why would you type such a thing in the direct channel in the first place? It's a game, there is going to be robbing, there's no need to call people 'cunts'...

i had already been robbed by them before 3 times doing different things in different places and respectfully the direct chat isnt relevant to my ban

You were banned for the direct chat. so it is relevant.
The fact that they robbed you 3 times doesn't give you right to swear at them does it?

i talked to an admin and was told i was banned for out of character swearing in sidechat 

this is starting to get confusing because im getting 3 different opinions on this ban

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter which channel you said it in, you swore at someone out of roleplay. 

That is what you were banned for.
