In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe / have been led to believe I was banned for my introduction post on another community stating "I would rather not say all the shit I have to say about RPUK". Now, I still believe I was fully in the right to not disclose all that stuff as at the time, I felt like if I did such thing, I would get banned, but apparently, even by not doing such thing, I got banned anyway. That is why weeks later I made a pastebin outlining all the "shit" I had to say about here but that post was promptly removed.

Why should we unban you ?
Now, I'm not sure if my ban is supposed to be 6+ months, I never heard anything of the sorts but I believe I deserve a chance, not to prove myself because the members of the community that already know me from my 1 year and 2 months on the server know what I am like and they know I am not what some seem to be making me look like. I don't believe I am a toxic person, yes I can get heated and yes I did get heated which I still believe was justified. I also believe I never done anything during or after my time in the community, acting out in a toxic/vile/disruptive manner with a behavior that wouldn't be tolerated anywhere. All in all, I have accepted the ban, moved onto another community and have happily enjoyed my time there but I really really want to be able to hang around on teamspeak and talk with some of the old lads I used to play with on a daily basis. I want to re-kindle some relationships I had and start having fun again, I firmly believe (and others have told me the same) that I should not be forced away from people I consider friends because I disliked the community at the time, I disliked a lot of things which is why I included that in my introduction post on another community.

I have read through your ban Appeal, I remember reading the pastebin. Ive checked your Introduction on the other community. However after being banned you did act in a childish manner. I understand you being “upset” or “angry” however There is two things I want to request from you before reviewing this report.

1) If you still have the pastebin in your possession please could you PM it on the forums so I can re read it through. 
2) Why did you post a toxic childish comment on a youtube video? You know exactly what I am on about. Please explain.

I am not going to lie to you quinn, I always considered you to be a nice chap. However some of the things I read, eg: the youtube comment really shocked me. Please explain, I look forward to reading your response.

Ah yes! Thanks for replying, I now agree I did some stupid shit and that comment was acting in a childish/toxic manner, to tell you the honest truth I completely forgot about that comment while making the appeal, however, I still made that comment and I will be happy to explain.

The Comment:

• When I first got banned I was angry but only for 2 to 3 days and then I just shrugged it off as a "screw it, it's only a server".
  
• I wasn't particularly angry when I made the comment, I was just generally being childish and acting out in a way which no person should.
  
• As mentioned, I was just being extremely childish and there is no real explanation behind me commenting that, I just did and I understand that just isn't an excuse but it's the truth.
  
• Also, when I made the comment I was completely under the impression I had no problem with being banned, that I would never return, that I wouldn't care about the repercussions but the thing is, in recent times I see this community as a lot more than just a server now, I see it as the place where I mat some fantastic people and some people I will forever remember as friends. I see this as the place my friends call home and that to me was the key deciding factor in putting this appeal up, I miss those people and I would love to play with them again.
  
• All-in-all, I am very sorry about the comment, it was in no way the justified thing to do however I will say, I did find the video funny but I have seen that video being used for many different parodies over the years and I find them all funny so me finding it funny was nothing personal against Wilco.
  

Unfortunately @JohnJoeegan I was unable to find the pastebin however, I am sure somebody might still have it, whether Management kept it or someone else did I am not sure but after searching various keywords into Pastebin, I just can't find it but if I do I will send it right away!

After reviewing all the evidence and speaking to a few members of the team we came to the conclusion that this will remain as a permaban. I appreciate your apology and I am sure many others in this community do also. But the way you acted and the things you said crossed the line.  I Wish you all the best in your future of gaming and your life.
