Baiting a gunfight with cops on fuel station.

Why should we unban you ?
First of all I want to say I'm sorry for what I have done and I won't do it again. It was late and we wanted to have a little fun around Kavala we ended up at Metal Exports.. I had the idea that I would rob a fuel station my friends setup in the area to watch and watch me do it in my way. I was going with the flow and robbing the fuel station and having a laugh with my gang members who were in the nearby area chilling and cops showed up wich was expected. They informed what I needed to say and hot mic everything so that they could hear what was going on. Cops offered me money and I declined because I didn't trust them and I wanted to rob the fuel station because the robbery was like +90% done and then I accidentally stopped the robbery by putting my hands up so I decided to just talk my self out of the situation (I told the cops that I had friends in the area and they will shoot if the cops will harm me) and slowly walk out. After I walked out of the fuel station with my gun in my back I got rubber bulleted so my gang members opened fire on the police officers. The firefight ended with four cops dead and no one from my gang injured so I talked a bit (about 3 min) with the downed cops and had a discussion with my gang members on the radio and we decided to executed two of them and take their weapons. After that my friend picked me up with helicopter and we went off. I wasn't purposely trying to bait and I wasn't thinking it trought I just wanted to have nice rp and fun. I won't do it again and I understand now that wasn't right but my intention was to have fun and not to kill cops and get their weapons. I haven't got footage of robbing the fuel station or the gunfight but I got footage what happened after the gunfight and the footage is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXd5e5E7Hv8&t=5s. I'm not a native english speaker and its part of the roleplay character wich is a crazy person on meds.
I wish I'll be unbanned because I really like this server and I have played on it almost 90 hours.

You quite clearly dont understand them. Before we continue with your appeal please answer the following.

If you can not follow the simplest of forum rules, how can we expect you to you follow more complex ingame rules?

I have read the rules and I understand them. Reason I bumbed was because I tried to delete my comment about quoting the rule that I broke because I forgot to quote. I'm sorry for the bumb but it was not intentional. (You can see from the timestamp that I edited my comment at the same time that I made a new one because I tought that I can delete it).

I've seen the video from the cops perspective. Police roll in, weapons on back and peacefully attempt to RP with you. You were offered 210K to stop robbing the station, in order to (in the words of one of the cops) prevent a gunfight. Yet despite this, you tell the cops you're not going to stop and you have friends in the area.

From the video you provided we can see that you have friends set up on the hills etc, and you've already said you had friends 'set up'.

Do you honestly expect us to believe that with this kind of set up and that attitude, you "just wanted to have nice rp and fun".  You also said, and I quote...

 "I accidentally stopped the robbery by putting my hands up so I decided to just talk my self out of the situation (I told the cops that I had friends in the area and they will shoot if the cops will harm me) "

From the video I've seen, you tell the cops you have friends in the area before you put your hands up, 'WHILST' they're trying to RP negotiations, and just after they offer to give you 210K to end things peacefully. you add.. "I'm going to rob this station no matter what you're going to do"

You were given multiple opportunities to have "nice rp and fun", but you consistently shut down all attempts by the cops to RP and instead did everything possible to ensure the outcome was a gunfight.

If you would like us to take you seriously, I recommend you wait a few days, make a new appeal, and this time, be honest about your intentions and what actually happened.
