I didn't know what the thing I did wrong was and I didn't know what I had done to break the rules to deserve a perma ban

I really enjoy playing Arma especially altis life! I have spent a lot of hours on this game and I would be annoyed if I couldn't play it again because Its definitely a great game I had recently being working hard to get a rebel license.
