In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned cause i did committed a fault, i was getting robbed and we had an argument and the admin came into my TS channel and asked to have a chat with me, and i replied to him " Ey, what up my n***", but the thing is that i thought he was a very close friend of me, i didn't try to insinuate anything, since i thought he was my friend and i hadn't seen him in a while in the server, that's how i reacted, after that he moved me away, we talked and he asked to have a word with him, so i did and in all this matter i was looking for the channel that we were in but couldn't find it (cause of the long list) soo, he asked me why i called him "n**" and i said cause we're friend and he said he had only spoke a very few times with me if not the first time he did so i was kinda hurt (thinking he was my friend) and i told him, okay i wont call you n*** again (i admit that i said it with attitude) and then he banned me.

Why should we unban you.
It was a mistake, i know that i shouldn't have said that to anyone in the server but i didn't know he was not the person i thought until he banned me and i saw it in the chat, i felt ashamed when i saw the name, and i asked a friend of my to go to his channel and apologize in my behalf since i couldn't cause i was banned. This or anything similar will not happen again, i can assure that and my apologies to him again for being disrespectful even thought it was a misunderstanding, it was well diserved lesson and from now and on i will look for peoples name before i actually start talking to them.

I am not a bad person, i do know the rules and i've read them multiple times in the past and i know them. I honestly belive this was a mistake and i did not really meant it, i swear he thought he was my old friend (which's voice is similar to his).

Sorry for a rather late reply I have had some personal issues to deal with recently which are hopefully blowing over now.

There was a gentleman that hopped into the requesting staff help channel and requested that he could have a word with the gentleman who posted the appeal, I proceeded to politely jump into the afore mentioned gentleman to speak to him about hopping up to speak to the gentleman who had asked to speak to him, this was with regards to an accusation of VDM. As I jumped into his channel he said "what's up my N***" for the time being a let it go as I thought it was a slip of the tongue and people make mistakes a lot so I proceeded to move the two gentlemen together into a channel where we could discuss the VDM dispute, once that dispute had finished and the gentleman in the appeal had admitted to VDMing and apologised for it, I asked the gentleman making the appeal to speak to me for a moment regarding the earlier slip up. At which point he proceeded to say "I won't call you N*** again" at which point he was banned because it was quite clear to me and even another mentor that was present that he wasn't to bothered about saying a racist slur after I had literally just asked him not to.

A little while later I got a message from the banned gentleman's friend, at which point I hopped into his channel on his request to speak with the friend about, the gentleman being banned at which point I proceeded to explain the rule he broke and that just because you say it all the time doesn't mean it won't offend other people and that people should bite their tongue to the best of their ability when talking to people they do not know.
