In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because a person had shoot me onsight and after I approached him saying he was going to be banned. I 100% agree that I was not role-playing but with the fact the person broke the rules and got banned for it that my actions as a human to confront the person is some bit justified also this was he first time I have ever broke RP so I feel a bit annoyed at my actions.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should urban me because that like I said before with the human sense for fight or flight when provoked I took the fight option and confronted the player instead of initially messaging him and resolve the problem. I have always enjoyed RP some police officers and medics might even defend me in this regard if they remember my name. This was also my first time dealing with an admin and I am sorry that I only approached the player in another way. I am sorry.

Fight or flight? I don't understand how that could even relate to running up to someone and singing "you're going to get banned" is a sarcastic tone. What you did was straight up break a rule, 'fight or flight' doesn't relate to this in the slightest. If it had been a combat scenario and you'd decided to shoot, THAT would be fight. Not running up to someone and breaking character..

I also have these notes on you (not including this ban)

The notes below show continuous disregard for our server rules and are all within a months period. You clearly struggle to play within the simplest of rule sets. I am goign to deny this appeal, you need a couple months out of the game.
